Peterborough Petes Hockey Club

Buyer Beware. I purchased a pair of tickets online with my credit card to a Dec 17 2022 game which ended up being cancelled. After talking to the box office and sales rep Eric i was told that they wont give a cash refund or credit back to my card, and only offered seats for a game down the road. I live three hours away and only frequent Peterborough every two to three years, if that. As it was the team and league decision to cancel i should be offered my money back, seems fair and reasonable. No was the answer, we keep your money and you have to take what we offer even though its us that cancelled. Very poor customer service and a rip off. No way i would buy Petes tickets again with that attitude. Its not about the money its the point. Crooks.
