I have been bringing a 2014 Jetta to Peterborough VW for four years. The service has always been courteous and friendly. I have however experienced numerous difficulties with the service department that are worth mentioning. First, the service prices are way too high. They always find something wrong with the car and then charge exorbitant prices. This week they insisted that I had to replace a 'cracked lens' in a headlamp in order to safety the car for sale, and then put in an $800 replacement. That's insane. But unfortunately that's pretty typical for the service I got at this location. Also, they were bad at keeping me updated as to the status of the car during service, making it very difficult to schedule pickup. During covid, and for a long time afterwards, they cancelled their shuttle service, which made things even more inconvenient. I recommend going to another mechanic. I will not be returning here if I ever get another VW.

This was my first VW purchase. My husband and I needed a car that offered comfort and versatility. Dave Grant provided exceptional customer service and found us exactly what we were looking for. The process of buying a new car from start to finish was seamless. Dave was kind, understanding and helpful. He took time to show us all the ins and outs of the vehicle and made himself available via text if we had any follow up questions. We are so pleased with our new Tiguan Highline, it is so fun to drive and has all the bells and whistles. We will definitely be back the next time we need a vehicle and we will be asking for Dave.

Rhonda and I had the most favorable experience when we recently purchased our new 2024 Atlas. Dave Grant was remarkable in everyway. Very professional in providing all the information we needed to make the decision to purchase. Very helpful with details to get to know the Atlas. Great experience, half the price and half the time quoted by other VW dealerships. Taylor my service advisor was a gem, knowledgeable and honest. I forgot my water bottle in service, upon my arrival back at the dealership they brought it out to the car for me! How courteous.highly recommend this dealership if you're in the market! Terrible customer service when shopping for a car. The manager/owner person Mike, is rude and misogynistic and doesn’t listen to customer concerns. These people are greedy and only care about sales and not actually helping people find the right fit. I will never recommend this place to anyone. Going here is as painful as pulling your own nails off of your fingers.

I bought a preowned certified vehicle from this dealership last year and it has been a nightmare having the necessary repairs made, all that should have been done before I left with the vehicle. My phone calls are never returned, nor are texts or emails. Ive moved to Alberta where the dealership has been amazing, but now they're having the same problem getting the appropriate payments from the Peterborough dealership. I am still missing a headrest which is a major safety issue and the Peterborough dealership is pretending they didn't know it was missing. Be weary of working with Eric Eatson!

Went in for a 3: 00 appointment @ 2: 35 was done and out by 3: 05 only charged me for. 5 hr labour other places I talked with wanted to charge me 1hr labour highly recommended

I decided to drop by Ptbo Volkswagen when deciding on a new vehicle. For years I dealt with Mazda and their vehicles - thought the cars were great and the service was good. I was definitely missing out. Ptbo Volkswagen has a "high class" experience. I ended up purchasing two vehicles from them and I haven't been happier with my choice. The vehicles just feel solid, which makes it feel like your money was well spent. If you're heading in make sure you ask for Dave Grant - Dave was so much help and had so much patience in steering us in the right direction to a 2020 Tiguan, with a new family on the way. My other car broke down and decided to drop by and speak to Dave at a later time and bought a 2021 Jetta! The staff here are very caring and so friendly. I honestly enjoy getting services done as the team there actually speak to you as a person. And guess what - not once during those services did someone come out to tell me I should buy a new air filter or something along those lines! I had a very good experience in the service shop. I brought my laptop to get some work done; the chairs were comfortable and the WiFi was great.

Everyone I interacted with was super nice and courteous. I was there for a few hours and was offered coffee three times by three different employees.

Nice shop, nice people, but 2.5 hours is a long time to wait for a scheduled oil change that should have taken 45 minutes.

Right from the moment I arrived at the dealership they greeted me and made me feel comfortable. During whole process there is no pressure and they want you to take your time. I had been shopping for months going from dealership to dealership dealing with the sales managers and they all had reasons why your trade was no good. Peterborough Volkswagen sales manager Dean said lets do the deal. Fantastic company.

Dean and Chris were great setting me up with my new Atlas. Friendly service and not pushy, worked with my wife and I when we were between models and helped us make the right decision.

Polite, however fail to return phone calls in a timely manner. Shouldn’t have to chase people around for answers. Nor should I be left with false impressions. Employees were not straight forward with me, and left me high and dry. Basically if you don’t look like dollar signs to the salesman expect to be put on the back burner.

Visited several local and GTA auto dealerships in our search for a new SUV.
