Very clean and calm environment! Went to try the workshop with friends and had lots of fun and a very cute finished project to take home right after. Lily (the owner) is very nice and helpful and has lots of patience and passion for the art she does. There are many projects you can choose from which range in time and experience level. Our group went a bit over the time limit but we never felt rushed and Lily took her time to teach us and make sure we were doing everything properly. We even had casual conversations with her, sharing our mutual Hong Kong/Cantonese background! Felt very family oriented and welcoming. Would definitely recommend to anyone who wants to try something new and would definitely come back again to try a different project C:

The petite workshop is one of the best workshops in markham with nice employees guiding you or helping you if u need it. If you feel bored on the weekend and wanna do something that involve art, COME HERE! Like seriously! The only minor problem is the location isn't that good.

I've visited the Petite Workshop twice for their two-hour workshops, and had an excellent experience both times making miniature clay foods. Despite the projects being tiny in size they are surprisingly complex and detailed, yet quite doable regardless of skill level (at least that's what I observed when I went with my friends and fiancé).
The workshop space is located on the second floor of a plaza and is relatively small, so I often book my workshops in advance (even though they appear to accept drop-ins). The instructors are very patient, friendly, and organized, and provide clear step-by-step instructions for each project.
My only small feedback is that I wish they offered more mini food projects with items that already exist in their larger projects which can be seen on display (since I've already made their dim sum and sushi!) Overall, I would highly recommend Petite Workshop.

Fun experience!
My friends and I were looking for an activity to do and stumbled upon Petite Workshop. The place is very clean and serene, and the workshop provides all the tools and materials needed to work on your creation. The owner, Lily, was super nice, friendly and patient with us, answered all of our questions. We did not feel rushed at all and took the full 2 hours to work on our pieces.
Loved the display items that were placed around the room, the level of detail on all of the sets is so incredible!
Highly recommend and would definitely come back in the future to do other workshops

Came here with a friend last weekend and had such a wonderful time. We did the sushi and dim sum sets and they both turned out so well. The workshop just flies by and there are lots of fun miniatures made by the instructor for you to look at (and some you can buy). Can't recommend it enough!

I went here for my girlfriend’s birthday with some friends. The people there are very kind and understanding. I was able to make my own version of the many options they had. Overall great experience!

Had a wonderful time making miniatures here with friends. The room is full of amazing creations, and it is so peaceful. Even with my shaky ogre hands I was able to make a miniature dim sum set. I would 100% go back again; it was a delightful experience.

Overall a very happy experience! Came here with a friend and we both enjoyed it very much. Instructions are very clear and you are able to personalize your little craft however you want. Quiet area with some nice music.

Such a unique place with a relaxing atmosphere! We spent an excellent time there! Kids loved their workshop!

They have the cutest little miniatures ever! There's so much to choose from that you would want everything. I bought 5 little items for a fair price because everything is handmade.

Had such a fun time creating miniature pieces of art with my fiancé! A unique date idea if you are looking for something different to do with your significant other or a friend! Thank you so much Lily! We will be back for more! P.s. We did the miniature sushi workshop. Great starting class. Can grab real sushi afterwards lol
