We took our 5 month old golden doodle here for her first trim. Emma was awesome she did a great job with our puppies cut. She did exactly what we asked her to and our puppy looked great. She seemed very calm when I picked her up she was very pleased with her hair cut! Emma and the owner of the salon were able to help guide us with what level of trim to do. They both displayed excellent customer service. Emma also cut her nails and brushed her teeth. They provided feedback afterwards which was nice. The price overall was very reasonable as well! I highly recommend pet spa Toronto!

Dan trimmed my dog's nails this morning. I was very pleased (and so was my dog). First time here, and we'll be coming back. I appreciate his customer service and he seemed knowledgeable about what he was doing. Perfect!

Amazing folks at Pet Spa groomed my cavapoo mocha and he looks like a completely new dog in the best way! Super thorough and compassionate team that took the time to explain after care and best grooming practices at home. Will definitely be back!

We brought our elderly cat to PetLand for a lioncut and both Dan and Emma were wonderful. They took great care of her, were very friendly and excellent at their jobs. Would recommend them whole-heartedly!

The owner of petland spa is wonderful. My Pomeranian is not always the easiest to deal with however the owner loves and handles him so well. I would highly recommend using these groomers as they not only love the dogs but also will help give advice on how to better care for the dogs coats

The Dan method is fabulous. He’s so warm and patient and has an immediate calming effect on my reactive fearful dog! Very experienced with difficult puppers.

Exceptional quality and service! We brought our cat Tsunami here for his first grooming appointment and Emma was amazing with him. She allowed us to be there throughout the entire process and explained everything as she went along. She knew exactly what Tsunami needed and helped keep him calm. I highly recommend PetLand Spa to all cat owners, and their prices cant be beat! We will definitely bring Tsunami back.

I'm a first time pet owner and took my kitten for his first grooming. I'm absolutely in awe and so thankful to Emma and Dan who were so supportive and easy throughout the process. They also guided us on a lot of things to take care as first time pet owner.
Since there aren't a lot of cat groomers in the city, the service and the money is great here. My kitten looks happy with the cut.

Took my puppy to his first grooming session today, the gentleman there was super nice and welcoming. Being my puppy’s first groom I didn’t really know what I wanted so he was kind enough to explain it to me. Super happy with the results! Would 100% recommend them to anyone who needs dog grooming in Toronto!

Milos always looks fabulous after a visit to see Dan! Easily accessible location. Dan takes his time and really makes sure to adjust to Milos prefered style of grooming and how to make him feel comfortable. My pup looks like a rockstar when he is done and always happily prances out of the grooming studio when he is done.

I brought my Goldendoodle here to get groomed and had an amazing experience. My pup had knots on her undercoat that I never noticed and they were able to get them all out and also go above and beyond by giving me suggestions for at home maintenance that I never knew! My dog came out looking beautiful and couldn’t have asked for a better groom! Thank you thank you!

Dan was so lovely and gentle with my little boy. My dog can take longer to warm to men sometimes but Dan was so gentle and easygoing I felt totally comfortable leaving him with him. I came back to a beautifully groomed little dog, and Dan had listened to all of my specifications for the style of his cut. Great service, definitely recommend!

Dan is the BEST. My fur baby is pampered here. We have been here 3 times & I am booking the next appointment now. This is the best care I have ever experienced for my babies.

We've been here twice and they do such an amazing job! They also will mention any issues they see with our dog or things to monitor which is helpful. All around a great place!

Amazing service!
I brought my dog in for a groom; Oh boy, was he a mess. I was ready to see him shaved just like he was at the previous groomers. I was wrong! Dan took time to get my best friend looking best in years. My 8 years old dog was looking fresh and supper happy when I returned.

PetLand Spa is simply the best pet spa in Toronto. Not only is Daniel helpful and kind but my dog is comfortable and happy to see him every time. I always know my dog is in the BEST care and my boy always comes out smiling and groomed very well! I will refer this spa over and over to everyone I know not to mention VERY affordable. Daniel will always go out of his way to ensure customer satisfaction and that the pup is happy and not anxious.

My puppy had an amazing experience! Luna was 4 months old when I took her for her very first groom, and I think I was more nervous because she had separation anxiety. But not only did she enjoy herself, she looked super cute and smelled amazing! Would highly recommend! Dejan was the best!

Dan is friendly, exceptionally skilled, and very caring towards pets. He gave our dog best overall groom & haircut he has ever had. Dan took his time and made sure every little strand of hair looked perfect. Pricing is very fair, and frankly the service is worth a lot more than what he charges. It's truly a spa experience for our little furry friends. Highly recommended.

I had a stellar experience and Petland Spa. Dan takes the time to understand your needs and more importantly you pets needs. We are very impressed with the end result of our dog. Did the full spa package which includes a haircut and I’m very satisfied. I would definitely recommend this place to all pet owners. Dan has truly set himself apart with the level of care he has shown.

PetLand Spa is not a reliable groomer. I'm very disappointed with the service that was unprofessional and unreliable. I booked a full groom for my dog, and for context, a full groom takes 30-40 minutes as per the groomer since I have an extra small dog. My partner showed up at PetLand Spa right on time, dropped off our dog and started to walk around and visit the park since he expected to go back in half an hour.

An hour and a half pass by. I called PetLand Spa, and the groomer told me that grooming hasn't started for my dog. It meant that my dog has waited at PetLand Spa in his dog bag for an hour and a half. It also meant that my partner waited for the same time as well.

Instead of owning up to it, the groomer gave me excuses, such as the previous dogs that took a long time to groom and the groomer asked me, "If you only knew how pet grooming works, you would understand. " I don't believe that anyone expects to know how pet grooming works, but I know how appointment booking works. I booked an appointment for my dog to have a full groom at the specified appointment time and PetLand Spa delayed that time by at least 90 minutes, so we had to go home without our dog being groomed.

I'm disappointed with PetLand Spa, they did not consider our agreed-upon appointment booking and did not respect our time.: (

I omitted his name from my review above out of privacy, but he decides to spell out my full name in his response to my review, which shows how unprofessional he is and how he treats his customers' privacy. Dan Zivanovic also sent me a private message via Facebook with the same message, and surprisingly, Dan Zivanovic didn't spell out my full name in a private message:) I booked my dog on December 7,2020 for a grooming appointment on December 17,2020. I did not decide to book an appointment on the same day randomly. Surprisingly, Dan Zivanovic also did not offer me a "free grooming" during our phone call:) yet, he claims he would have done so in his response to my review.

This review isn't about my partner who had to wait outside for 90 minutes. This review is about an appointment I booked for my dog at 5: 00 pm, and at 6: 30 pm, he was still not groomed. My dog was locked in his dog bag for an hour and a half. I don't think that's fair. And I made the right decision to decline his request to do the grooming anyway. I declined it because of his lack of professionalism and because it was late and I did not want my dog to suffer from getting service from Dan Zivanovic who said he had a long day and had been working on the same two dogs since 2: 00 pm (so, over four hours by the time we were talking).

This is the best groomer I’ve taken my poodle to. Dan was incredible with her, and she looks absolutely gorgeous! Professional dog show level. That’s how amazing Dan is. But looks are only half of it, your pet’s comfort is the most important thing and Olive LOVED Dan. My dog is usually shy at first, but she loved Dan so much she didn’t want to leave the shop! Dan really knows what he’s doing and he genuinely loves dogs and they love him! If you’re looking for a groomer, look no further. PetLand Spa is amazing. Can’t wait for next month’s appointment!

Dan is an amazing groomer! We bring our two dogs to him and he treats them as well as he would his own. Dan is super knowledgable and I completely trust him with our furbabies. I can't recommend Dan and PetLand Spa enough!

I got my cat Cleo the infamous lion cut here. The service and care that both my cat and I received were of the highest quality I’ve ever gotten from any industry. Dan is an incredible care taker of animals, and despite having the difficult task of grooming finicky and angry cats, he is able to perform it in a calm and nurturing manner that’s unbelievable. My time here was informative, beyond just the haircut, Dan is very knowledgeable and gave me tons of information about my cat which I didn’t know before. The price for the cut was more than affordable given the quality of service. Can’t recommend this place enough!
