Our doggies are always excited to get out of the car and rush into Petopia. Pat and her team are great about giving us updates and photos on their well being while we are away. Doggies are in no rush to come home either!

Our 10 years old Beagle stayed at Petopia for 2 weeks while we were on vacations and had a great time! He's not the most sociable dog, but the staff really got to know him and his needs so he could have fun too. Everyone was so nice and patient both with us and Gibson, he was only half happy to see us when we came back to pick him up! Great communication, and having live cameras is an amazing option. Would 100% recommend and will be back for our next vacations:)

This is a TREASURE of a place. HIGHLY recommend. They take exceptional care of the pooches and it shows! My dog Ozzy (year old lab) literally strains at his leach when we get there to go running/jumping with his friends in their outdoor dog park. The caring folks at Petopia were able to work with Ozzy's separation anxiety and to establish a day and overnight routine with other dogs that suited him very well. He was quickly sleeping and eating very well and developing independence. As a pet owner it is the best feeling to know that he is safe, and enjoying himself with the other dogs and the Petopia staff!

Petopia is dog daycare that has surpasses expectations. The attentive staff creates a playful and safe environment, ensuring our furry friends receive top-notch care. The facility is equipped with spacious play areas and our pup eagerly anticipates each visit, and we love the regular report cards on their activities. Highly recommended for pet parents seeking a reliable and delightful experience for their four-legged companions!

We've had our two dogs attend doggie daycare with Petopia for four years now. They've been nothing but kind, and professional.

We loved the webcams, so I could peek in every now and then to watch them playing or just chilling on the playset.

Pat and her staff are great, and it is clear that they love dogs, and are serious about the care that they provide. The facility is clean, and there is a large indoor space and an outdoor space with turf, so you don't have to worry about dirt or bugs. Both areas have separate spaces for large or small dogs.

We've moved out of the city, but we will certainly still use them for boarding services.

I am not usually one to write reviews, but I really had to for this wonderful daycare! I am so glad that I found this gem! The staff are great, and the owner Pat is amazing! Super attentive and accommodating. I really couldn't be happier with how well Willow has been taken care of. I go to work, and I don't worry about her at all, because I know she is in good hands. My dogs love Petopia! They stay there every time I'm travelling for work or on vacation. Petopia provides access to their camera feed so you can see what you pup is upto which is awesome! The staff are attentive, friendly and know every dog in their care. The dogs get plenty of play time with other dogs and lots of human attention too!

Our boy Will is a rescue and so we had our concerns with boarding him for two weeks, 4 months after we picked him up.
Pat and the rest of the Petopia team did such an amazing job making Will (and us!) feel comfortable.
The ability to watch your pup during playtime was a wonderful feature, one that increased our comfort level and helped with how much we missed him.
Pat was also great with communication, always replying to our emails and keeping us up to date on Will's vacation.
When we picked him up he was soft and fluffy (we added on a bath right before pick up). Would recommend this service for longer stays.

We will surely be going back to Petopia the next time we'll need to board.

Very friendly staff, and very accommodating with last minute bookings. When I’m at work I’m rest assured that my doggo is having fun and in good hands. I recommend Petopia to anyone in need of a dog sitter.

Great place to be for my Potcake dog. She loves going there and mingle with her friends. I love the webcam and see her enjoying the day. They let the dogs play outside a lot, which my dog and I also love. I see a positive change in her after going to Petopia. She is more confident to be alone and enjoys the backyard without needing us to attend her.

My puppy LOVEs it.can’t recommend this place enough.we started taking our puppy for overnights/weekends when he was 14 weeks old and he has so much fun and is happy to go back each time.i have not a worry about him while hr is being taken care of my the amazing team at petopia.

Been bringing our dog here for a few years now; we heard about Petopia from a friend.we know our dog loves it here based on his excitement when he enters the facility. The staff here are wonderful and caring, there’s a decent amount of space (indoor and outdoor) for the dogs to run and expel their energy and they provide you with a video link for you to view at certain times of the day. Our dog is already looking forward to his next boarding:)

Tip: it’s best to add a bath - Your dog will be clean a fresh when picked up after a few days of boarding!

Petopia is amazing! We have used them several times for overnight stays and our dog who normally has separation anxiety absolutely loves it. Pat and her staff provide outstanding individualized care and we can rest assured that he is in great hands when we are away.

Rocky, our boxer, loves going to Petopia and cannot wait to get inside when we drop him off. He's a high energy pup who enjoys playing in the large indoor and large outdoor areas with his friends. I like that there is astroturf outside so Rocky doesn't come home muddy when it's wet outside, but still gets to play in the fresh air. The video cams are great to see how your pup is doing throughout the day. Their hours are the best of any daycare and the staff are very caring. Rocky is fully tuckered out after a full day playing with his furry friends at Petopia!

My dog absolutely loves this place and is always very excited every morning to play with the staff and the other dogs. After I pick him up at the end of the day, he is always absolutely exhausted and sleeps rights through the night until he is ready to do it all over again the next morning. Amazing service and highly recommend!

Our paths came across with Petopia 2 years ago. Since the day one our goldendoodle Sophie enjoys her hoarding and daycare. Petopia stuff is doing a fantastic job. The owner Pat is amazing, supportive and responsive in all tight times. She has been so helpful and problem solver in our short notice boarding/daycare requests. The small and large dogs have separate play areas indoor and outdoor as well. There are webcams in play areas for customer’s who want to check in for their dogs and most importantly, the team is very responsive. When Sophie s back home she sleeps well. Whenever we drop her off to Petopia she gets excited even does not look back to us run away to play with her fur friends. I highly recommend Petopia and want to thank you for taking care of our pup during her stays!

Our dog Brix loved his stay at Petopia! He's not the most social dog but he made new friends and the lovely staff helped make sure he was comfortable and well taken care of. We'll be leaving him there again over Christmas and know that he'll be happy and safe!

Petopia is such an amazing place for your dog. The energy that the animals burn there are incomparable to what you can do for your dog when your working during the day.

The staff are so friendly and your pet will squeal with excitement the second that they can see that their close!

Amazing staff! My pooch Finley suffers from separation anxiety
but the staff take their time to know the dogs and make sure they are well taken care of. They also play with the dogs so by the end of the day, my pooch is so tired that he will just sleep. I feel comfortable leaving Finley in their capable hands knowing that here, he will be loved, the way he is at home.

Our puppy LOVES Petopia. He is always so excited to go in the door, see his friends and play all day. The manager Pat and staff are second to none. Pat and the crew are warm, friendly and caring towards our growing pup. They truly love the dogs and the dogs clearly love them based on what we see at pick-up and drop-off. Pat took the time to carefully assess our puppy, and matched him with his personality and size to the smaller off-leash outdoor dog area. We also received report cards on how he was doing. Pat is very friendly, professional and responsive to any emails or questions. We love the live stream so we can see him play with the other dogs. We feel incredibly grateful for all the genuine care they continue to Thank you! 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

We’ve used Petopia a few times for overnight boarding and it’s always been an excellent experience. We are so glad that we’ve found such a reliable boarding service for our little Frenchie. He comes back tired from all they play and excited when he has to return. Always great communication as well. We love the adorable Instagram photos and the live feed keeps our mind at ease. Look forward to coming back for many more years to come!

Our experience with Petopia has been amazing so far. We have two dogs, a Beagle and a Shepherd-mix who are completely different in nature but both love their staycation at Petopia. Pat and the staff are very responsive and take very good care of our fur-babies. I would strongly recommend everyone to try this place. You won't regret!

My 8-month-old Golden Retriever puppy Phoebe has been going to Petopia since she was about 4 months old. I was super nervous about bringing her to daycare but after doing lots of research I stumbled upon Petopia — and I’m so glad I did! Phoebe gets so excited to go to daycare every time I bring her, she LITERALLY busts down the door. Pat and all of the Petopia staff are so pleasant, warm and welcoming and they take such great care of Phoebe every time she visits. Every time I come to pick Phoebe up she’s always happy and tired (which helps me out!) The webcams they have to check up on your dog are a bonus & the report cards they gave Phoebe when she first started going were such a thoughtful tool to tell you how your pet did that day. I couldn’t recommend Petopia enough!

My dog is almost a year and has been coming here for daycare and boarding since he was 4 months old. He's always tired and sleeps for the rest of the day after picking him up. The staff are always friendly and provide updates on how Benji did. There's also cameras so you can check in on your dog during playtime!

I take out dog to Petopia Toronto about once a month for day visits and would recommend. Good location, friendly staff, and great hours. The first couple of times I received “report cards” which were helpful but haven’t received them lately.

We've been bringing our dog here occasionally for the last year for both daycare and overnight boarding. Our dog loves this place. He's so excited when we drive up and he notices where he is. He runs inside. When we pick him up, he is always so tired which is perfect. We also love that they have live cameras during playtime.

We left our dog Journey at Petopia this summer for 4 weeks and she had the best time of her life. We could watch her on webcam twice a day and she was playing and socializing with the other dogs for a total of 5.5 hrs a day. When we returned and picked her up she seemed very happy and relaxed where she was and not desperate to see us which was a sign that she loved the place. Everyone in Petopia was very friendly and they all seemed really caring for the dogs. We have found a great and safe place to leave our dog in the future and this gives us peace of mind. Thank you Petopia Team for taking care of Journey during our summer holidays.

Petopia is a business that’s doing it right!

Obviously, like any new puppy parents, we were nervous to leave our girl with just anyone, until we walked into Petopia and our pup was immediately treated like one of their own.

Petopia will put all of your fears to rest. The staff and owner, Pat, are knowledgeable, kind and attentive to your pups needs.

In my opinion, there’s is a reason there is only one location at the moment. It’s because they have incredible staff, a fantastic facility that provides both indoor and outdoor play with summer pool parties for the pups! What more does a pup need?

In case the opinion of a stranger didn’t sell you on how amazing they are, they also have indoor and outdoor cameras that you will be granted access to, so you can login to see what your pup is up to while they’re making new friends. You can log in at various times during the weekdays and weekends and there is always staff are onsite, just in case.

If by chance the staff see anything of concern, they will report it to you right away and your pups health and happiness is always their top priority.

Our pup has attended daycare and overnight boarding and both were nothing short of fantastic! You are required to do a trial to participate in both programs to make sure your pup is comfortable and confident and when you arrive for pick up, you’re given a personalized report card about your pups progress, what they did that day, and all the new friends they made. How cute!

In addition to the incredible programs they run, the owner Pat will never make you feel like you’re just another number. Pat is very hands on and knows all aspects of the business but it doesn’t stop there. If Pat or the staff haven’t spoken to you or seen your pup in a little while, you will get a check-in email just to make sure everyone is doing ok.

Genuine care and consideration for others is rare these days, and to find a business that is filled with likeminded staff, with the same goal of making sure your pup is happy, healthy and appropriately developing, they should be celebrated!

If you haven’t already called to make an appointment, your pup is missing out!

Last thing and I probably buried the lead on this one but…. On top of being the best pet daycare and boarding facility in the GTA (personal opinion), they are totally affordable!

I am so grateful for the care and kindness the staff at Petopia provide my rescue pup Ellie! She has made consistent gains in her obedience and thoroughly enjoys her daily doggie daycare experiences. Their services give me peace of mind when I am working and I know when I pick her up she had a day full of fun! I would highly recommend Petopia!

The best part about Petopia is I worry a little about the little lady. She would prefer to be around our family all the time. And we her. However that can't always be the case. The staff at Petopia seem to understand that and take very good care of her. They quickly recognized her as more of a people person and spend time with her accordingly. They also noticed that she prefers small dogs versus bigger dogs and placed her with that group. (despite being a bigger dog) Her medication is always administered and I really do get the feeling they care about their clients. Recommend!

We started using Petopia in May 2022 for our Golden Retriever Ace. He is very excited when we drop him off and always has a great time. Staff are very friendly and give our pup lots of love - we know he is in good hands whether he is there for the day or overnight.

We took our GSD to petopia for years. When we'd arrive, he was like, "see ya" and would head in without a second thought.
Our new GSD pup had some serious separation anxiety. The staff made an extra effort helping coax her out of the car and into the play area. She is still hesitant to leave the car, but once they've opened the door to the play area, she's like, "see ya. "
The webcams are nice to have, allowing you to check in every now and again to see your pup at play. Overall, I highly recommend Petopia for doggie daycare.

I’ve been taking my Great Pyrenees/Australian Shepherd mix to Petopia for several months now and I can’t say enough how wonderful they are! Our dog is a little shy with humans and tends to avoid people he doesn’t know but since we started taking him here he has shown a huge improvement, not only do they help socialize your dog under safe observation, they treat your furry friend as family! They ease first timers and make sure that they have the best time and adjust their experience for longer stays and frequent visits. They are extremely flexible. Our dog goes for daycare and the occasional overnight stay now. We highly recommend petopia as a safe place to send your dog for a day of fun or an overnight stay. The Petopia team was super friendly, helpful, and accommodating to me and my dog, Hudson. He had so much fun during his time there (both day and night) and I'll be sure to return for future visits.

Pat and her team are wonderful. Super happy with Petopia. Convenient location and they respond to emails and messages quickly. It was important to us that Joey socializes with other dogs in a place where he can feel safe and loved. Our minds are at ease when Joey is at Petopia.

I have been taking Remy to Petopia for about 4 months. The staff and Pat are great to deal with. Remy is super excited each time he goes, he cant wait to get through the door. He comes come happy and tired from all the play time. Definitely recommend Petopia.

We have been bringing our 11 year old Shepard/lab here for over a year and can’t recommend it enough! We are particular about who watches Bosco, as he has a sore leg, and other joint issues. Each time we pick Bosco up we can tell he’s been well looked after and he doesn’t seem to experience any irregular pain or anxiety. We have left Bosco with petopia for overnight stays on many occasions and he comes home happy and sleepy from all the play and interaction!

We love Petopia and so does our Border/Aussie. I spent a lot of time searching for a daycare when we needed to board our dog for the first time. Petopia was very accommodating and best of all, our dog loved her stay. We love the fact that there is both an outdoor and indoor play area. Highly recommend Petopia for daycare and boarding. Great knowing that our fur baby is well looked after and that she is happy.

Our high energy puppy started going to daycare at an early age and has learned to socialize and play with other dogs so well! We love being able to check in on him through the webcams and getting hand written report cards from time to time. He has so much more fun than being at home with busy parents!

My dog Max can be a bit of a handful, but the staff at Petopia are great with him! It's the best place I've found in the city to take him when I have to leave for a couple days, and he comes home happy and tired. He's always scared to go into new places, but after a couple days at Petopia's daycare, he's started to get excited whenever we take him. All the staff seem to genuinely enjoy hanging with dogs, and I'm so grateful to them for making a safe and fun atmosphere where I can feel comfortable leaving my pup! They've been super accommodating of several last-minute requests for weekend boarding, and are very quick to respond to email booking requests.

Our Gladys has had a great experience every time we take her to "camp". The staff always greet her with open arms and she comes home exhausted after a day with friends. The web cam is great as we can see her interacting with other dogs. Pat and team are so responsive in answering emails and they are genuinely happy to see you. First rate every time.

I have two smaller dogs: Winnie (15lbs) and Janet (18lbs). My girls are incredibly shy rescues, and they do really well at Petopia even though they aren’t the most engaging with the other dogs. I always feel welcome when we arrive and even on our second day, the staff remembered my girls’ names! We’ve been going for about a month, they go once or twice a week. I love the daily report cards. No complaints on my end (In fact, my girls sleep like logs when they get back which is fantastic - extended down time for me!). I’m going to keep bringing them. I highly recommend Petopia!

We started taking my nervous pup to Petopia a few weeks ago to get her ready for a longer stay. She is very nervous around other dogs and people and they have been fantastic. They have been patient and caring, even when she has been not so friendly with them. The staff introduced her to other dogs in the mornings, watching her closet and giving her have quiet time in the afternoon.
She’s now at the point we’re she is happy to go to doggy daycare. She’s is starting to play with other dogs and is friendly with the staff. She’s even had a couple of successful overnights.
The Petopia team made me feel very comfortable leaving my pup with them. They were so kind and patient with Lily. I would recommend Petopia to anyone looking for doggy daycare and/or overnight stays.

I've been taking my dog to Petopia for several months now, she's there almost every weekday while I'm at work. She absolutely loves her time there, loves the staff and comes home happy from playing with her friends all day. She was shy at first, but the staff were really patient and kept me updated on how she was adjusting. Now, she can't get in the door fast enough, and I feel like having her at Petopia has helped so much with her socialization.

We are new dog owners and finally, after 7 weeks uninterrupted care, we needed to find an alternative as work and family commitments could not be worked around.

Petopia where suggested to us via Next Door Don Mills. We have never looked back.

Our dog is literally jumping out of the car when we arrive and does not even give us a kiss goodbye as she shoots through to the play area. She comes back stimulated, happy and thoroughly worn out.

I do believe every dog needs a couple of days of this type of stimulation a month. Indeed, just one visit is worth a week of 'general walks' around the neighbourhood.

Could not be happier with Petopia.

I called to inquire about their boarding services as I am a first time dog owner with a 6 month old puppy and needed some assistance. I was met with a very rude lady on the phone who not only spoke with attitude from the beginning of call, but when I first asked about whet services they provide she was being extremely loud in the background. When I mentioned that It was extremely loud she disregarded me saying rudely “that’s fine I hear you” and then when I went on to ask her to explain their boarding program to me she said you can ask and I’ll answer” rather then offering some of the benefits and program options they provide. Then when I replied saying I wanted to know from her knowledge what their boarding consisted of she repeated herself like a parrot. Hands down the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced and she just lost this company business.

We recently rescued our 10 month old Jindo mix and she was very skittish around dogs and strangers. We purchased the Groupon for Petopia for 3 sessions, and it has made such a huge difference! We love watching her play and interact with other dogs through the live webcams. We wanted to socialize our dog with other well-mannered dogs and the staff is amazing to ensure that happens. They keep the space very clean and break-up any rough play. Given that she was so scared at first, they didn't push her and gave her space to be comfortable before introducing her to a few dogs at a time. After bringing her to daycare a few more times, she was excited and eager to play. Daycare has helped so much in building her confidence. And we love getting her daily report cards after her stay. It's great that there is both a large outdoor and indoor space as well.
We are also choosing Petopia for overnight boarding. Very easy to book on the phone or through email, not to mention very flexible drop-off and pickup hours. Great value for the price of the services offered. Highly recommend Petopia!

I love Petopia they have been so great to my little girl and always been so incredibly friendly every time I've dropped her off. She always comes home happy and tired after a great day of playing!

We looked into Petopia because of a recommendation from an owner from the same breeder as us, and we couldn’t be happier! We have been sending our girl since March of this year, when she was 5 months old. The staff are so friendly, and helpful and Méabh (Great Dane) is beyond excited when I drop her off in the morning! The live camera feeds are great and always give me a little smile when I can check in and see her having fun. The staff are great at adjusting the day to keep pups safe if it’s too hot/cold and there are toys for them to play with. When you first start going you get little report cards to let you know how your dog did throughout the day and who they made friends with, and sometimes there is little bonus treats around holidays! This is a great place!

My pup Georgie absolutely loves coming here. He starts howling as soon as we get close. We always feel welcome and he has a wonderful time. Periodically, we get a "report card" which is fun to read; I get to see who his besties are. I highly recommend this place.

It is so reassuring to know my Jax is in the best of hands when he is at Petopia. The staff are always pleasant and very accommodating. The best part is when he comes home he so tired and just wants to cuddle.

My wife and I were a bit nervous putting our new pup into daycare, but with our work schedules changing we didn’t have a choice. I spent a ton of time researching doggy daycares in the city, making sure we found one where the dogs were not crated throughout the day and had plenty of chance to play. That’s how I found Petopia and they have been everything I expected based off all the great reviews I read. The staff are super friendly and very accommodating and it is wonderful to be able to watch them play throughout the day over webcam. I would absolutely recommend Petopia to anyone looking for doggy daycare.

Pat and her team do a phenomenal job taking care of our mini australian sheppard. Every time our puppy enters the hallway her butt wiggles in anticipation of a fun filled afternoon. She's 7 month old and has been going to Petopia for the last 4 months and is loving every minute of it.

We have been taking our pup to Petopia every week for the past two months. Right from the start the staff were great at letting us know how his day went and we were even given access to webcams that allowed us to check in on him throughout the day. They have also been great at accommodating last minute changes to our schedule and are always quick to respond to our emails.

I work odd hours/shifts and am very appreciative of Petopia's hours and the fact that they are open on weekends. They open early and close late during the week and even though I often have to dash in the door right before they close, they staff is always friendly and never makes me feel rushed (even though my dog is the only one left and I'm sure they want to get home). My dog is always exhausted after a day of playing at Petopia and doesn't require a walk when I get her home. She actually sleeps most of the next day as well!

I have been taking my 8 month German Shephard to Petopia for a few months now and she loves it. When I say the words "Day Care" she runs in circles. When I pull up to the location, I have a hard time holding her back, and so do the staff when they take her from me. She wants in and that's it! The staff is great with Harley and I love being able to pop in from time to time to see how Harley is doing on the webcam. They have a wonderful outdoor area which puts me at ease that my dog is not indoors all day. Harley loves running back and forth and enjoys being with the other dogs, which have pretty much been the same friends each time she goes. I highly recommend sending your puppy/Dog to Petopia.

This was one of the 1st daycares we tried for our pup. Bought a 5 day pass and an extra day. She loved going there! There last few days the weather got colder, our pup came back smelling really bad like she maybe rolled around in pee or had way too much dog slobber. It may have been a busy day with alot of dogs and the staff were over whelmed. Other than that. The staff are friendly and nice. Pat the owner is great! They are friendly. The webcams are not the best but they work well. To see most of the play area. Would like to see more clearly on the outdoor webcam and the play area on the left side of the space which can't be seen. Or the doggie sleeping area. (Personally because I don't have much break times during play time to see the puppies play) They have seperate rooms for rest areas depending on dog size/also for boarding. So the dogs can rest in the crates after play time. Honestly, esthetic are for us to look at, the dogs are happy being provide an indoor and outdoor play area. Watch time is limited hours to play time.nap time is not available but like I said they sleep in the crates (So I'm told) My pup comes home happy and tired and I know she was able to nap if tired. The staff are aware of my pups last poop time so I can continue poppy training. They are pretty good, dedicated and friendly. No frills, glitter and glam, but can tell they pay attention to your pup when they aren't overwhelmed. On a busy day.it's okay once in a while. I would definitely recommend them and have been recommending them to friends. Will try their other packages soon! As winter is here!

We just started Koda at Petopia a few months ago and he loves it. The staff there are very friendly and all my questions and concerns are addressed very promptly. They do their best to accommodate us, especially in these trying times. It's good to know a place like Petopia is available when you need great, reliable, friendly care for your fur babies. Koda loves going there and is always exhausted when he comes home. Watching him on their cameras is great and shows me how tired he gets playing and I can see how the staff genuinely like their job and interact with the dogs. I'm glad I found Petopia for him and will continue to use their services for a long time.

I got my puppy back in May, mid-quarantine, and since it was quarantine, he didn’t get a chance to properly socialize with other dogs. But when petopia opened up again, i immediately registered him and he’s been doing amazing! Super happy i found this place, the staff there care for the dogs like they were their own. They also give me reports on how he’s doing and they have access to a nanny cam where you can watch your fur baby play! 10 out of 10 would recommend:)

I have taken my puppy to Petopia for the last two months - he is now 6 months old. He absolutely loves going to daycare (pulls all the way in and never looks back at me when they take him!) and is exhausted and happy when I pick him up. Webcams are fantastic as are the report cards. I highly recommend Petopia and trust them with the care of my furrbaby

We've brought our dog Luna, a standard Bernedoodle, to Petopia for all our major vacations. Petopia has always been very flexible when accommodating us, even when we had to make some last-minute schedule changes. To my shame, I will admit that I have spent hours (ouch) watching their webcams, and I can confirm that the staff are always very diligent with the dogs, stepping in appropriately when bullying occurs, cleaning-up quickly after any incidents, etc. It would be nice to have 24h webcams, but I suppose there are too many different sleeping areas for that to be easily feasible.

I guess the biggest thing in my mind is that Luna (despite having only been at Petopia maybe 2-3 times per year, although usually for a 1w stay each time) now very quickly recognizes when she will be having another stay at Petopia, and is clearly excited. Last time I dropped her off, she escaped from my grip while getting out of the car. She has a history of running off, but I needn't have worried, since she ran straight to the Petopia door and tried to get in.

I did run into a bit of trouble once when I arrived to pickup our dog but had left my cellphone at home - since it was outside regular daycare hours, I needed to call (as was clearly stated on the Petopia door exterior) to let Petopia know I had arrived. Fortunately someone else with a cell arrived shortly after to pickup their dog (also outside regular doggie daycare hours) and I was saved. This is likely more of an issue with the reduced hours due to covid-related restrictions. Morale of the story is simple, though, remember to take your cellphone for pickup/drop-off.

Overall, Petopia is our first choice for overnight care for our dog, and we're happy to recommend them.

I have been bringing my dog Riley here since she was a puppy. She just loves this place the minute she see's us pulling up to the building she gets all excited. The workers adore her and she just runs to them when she see's them. She stays overnight for boarding as well and have great packages so it actually works out to be cheaper if your bringing your dog for multiple days. The plus when we leave her for the day they have a live camera that you can see your dog playing either indoors or outside. I have gotten a few of my friends to bring their dogs here. Wish i knew about this place when i had my first dog she would have loved it!

I trust Petopia with our mini poodles Joy and Rocky. Joy always has a great time playing with her friends. As I pull in front of the building they start pawing to get out of the car and when we enter the building Joy never looks back, it's play time. She is full of energy and will play nonstop and at Petopia she gets to use up that energy with the play time they allow the dogs. Rocky is more laid back but he too has a great time whenever he goes there.

Most of all the staff are attentive and you can tell they love dogs from the way they greet you and take your dog from you. And yes they know your dogs name. Pat (the owner) personally responds to my inquires right away night or day.and it's hard to find that personal touch elsewhere. I believe this is a good establishment with a lot of love for our doggies.

Petopia is by far the best doggie daycare around.
Pat and her staff are extremely friendly, polite and professional. Everyone is a joy to interact with.

I read a couple of reviews that stated they never received call back after leaving a message. I
have never encountered that. If you have to leave a message then that’s a good thing. It indicates they are focused on the dogs in their care. They have always called us back.
Petopia’s facility is very clean and safe guarded to avoid any types of injuries.
My wife and I are beyond happy with the care and attention our dog receives.
I strongly recommend Petopia as a daycare and overnight boarding facility.
Our dogs breeder is even impressed with Petopia and is encouraging people to go there as well.

Petopia is the best place to send your dog! We bring our Labrador Astro to Petopia a few times a week and it is the best doggie daycare! Astro squealing and pawing the doors to go in when we pull up is testament enough for how much he loves the place. He is always extremely excited to see the staff. Astro always comes home happy and tired after hours of play! The staff are great at giving updates on how his day was. We used to be worried on sending Astro to board overnight, but he doesn't seem to mind at all. Couldn't recommend a better place to send your dog!

When my usual pet boarding facility shut down because of COVID, I went online and found Petopia. My beagle has spent a week and several long weekends at Petopia over the last few months, and she has been happy and tired each time I picked her up at the end of her stays. Pat is very responsive to calls and emails, and her staff are professional and clearly all love the animals. So glad to have my girl in good hands when I have to leave her for a bit.

Petopia is amazing. We bring Odie to Petopia twice a week, initially to help with her socialization, since she came home during covid. It definitely has helped her build her confidence and learn to play well with other pups. Odie is always excited to go to daycare and always comes home happy and tired. The staff are friendly and provide feedback about my puppy's day. I would definitely recommend Petopia to other pet owners.

We've used Petopia a few days per week for our dog Stella for the last year. Experience has been awesome! Stella is excited when we drop her off and happily tired when we pick her up. Petopia staff have been great - responsive and accommodating when we've needed an extra day (sometime late notice), and letting us know how Stella's doing and providing some training advice. We highly recommend Petopia!

I called on Thursday inquiring what are the requirements for my dog to use the daycare. I mentioned that I normally used Dogtopia however they are closed on Saturday's because of pandemic. I was informed bordatella vaccinations, flea and tick medication and An Assessment. I indicated I had my dog scheduled for half day at Dogtopia On Friday that I would cancel so he can come for assessment and then schedule a Saturday Because we have a funeral to go to.

We arrived, no staff at the door so we rang the door a woman came out says hello and then left the building. We rung the door bell again another woman came out. I indicated I called yesterday and we brought my dog for an assessment and would like To use the daycare on Saturday. Her response was we don’t do half day assessment, i mentioned there was no indications of this during my conversation on Thursday (nor does it state on the website). Fair enough can we bring him in tomorrow for assessment and she was like we don’t do assessment on Saturday’s. No mention of that either during the call.

The place was very unaccommodating, unprofessional. It was a total waste of time, I dropped of my wife for her grandfather’s wake and then drive back to Pickering to drop off my dog to Dogtopia (great staff) then rush back for the wake.

Petopia staff seems confused And quite rude And lack Professionalism and didn’t even exhibit any empathy when we mentioned we have a funeral to go to. They won’t get a dollar off Me for foreseeable future and If I can give them a minus stars I would

My name is Maple and I am a 3 year old Golden Retriever. Petopia is my “home away from home”. The staff is so kind to me. They play with me inside and outside in the different play areas. I have met many new dog friends since I joined Petopia in November 2019. I was even one of the featured “dogs of the week” and my photo was posted on a board in the front office for everyone to see. The owner, Pat, is so nice. She gave all the dogs a Christmas and Valentine gift bag containing toys and treats! I have stayed overnight on many occasions when my family is away and always have so much fun when I am here. I love coming to daycare and recommend Petopia to all dog owners!

Looking for a place to have your fur baby pampered? Look no further! We started using Petopia for our dog Max, about 4 months ago. He loves this place! The early morning drop off is an added bonus. The staff are wonderful and Max loves them. The report cards let us know exactly what Max needs to work on and the cameras make it easy for us to check up on him ourselves. Well done Petopia.

Our experience with Petopia has been great. Joep, our 3-year old Labradoodle, regularly stays for one night or even an entire week when we’re travelling abroad. He likes to play with the other dogs but also loves to be around the caretakers that are available all the time to play and cuddle with the dogs. We are very happy with the ability to watch how Joep is doing through the webcam and confirm that he is having a great time. Petopia is also very responsive to emails and requests, which makes for very easy planning on our side. We really recommend this safe and comfortable place for an overnight stay for your dog.
