Me & my friends came here to play pool and have some drinks, we had awesome service and the girl at the counter is so sweet! Very reasonably priced as well:) would def recommend!

They told us to wait for 1 hour and after standing there for 1 hour they said they can’t accept any more people.

Worst service ever, Didn’t ask for id in beginning than charged us full hour but we were there for 10 minutes.

Very poor customer service, the lady at the counter was so rude! Will never come back this place anymore.

Besides being the place where I met my husband, Petrina’s is a family-centred establishment. The owners have mentored many young people to greatness. They support charities and provide a safe place for youth to “hang out” and learn a great sport!

Had a good time in here. They have multiple billiard tables and you have to pay hourly for it. A good place to hang out with friends.

Great place to play pool with many tables available. Staff doesn’t intrude and lets you play. Price stacks up when you add additional players on a table.

It's a old-school poolhall. They have one snooker table.
They cater to league players. I was there 2 hours and wasn't asked if I wanted another drink. But they take care of the tables

Always a great time. Bartenders and owner is mazing and always welcoming. Every event they have is great and well ran. Can't wait to come back and enjoys some more amazing tournaments.

The best place to play pool in Durham region! Tournaments are very well conducted. No complaints with the service at all. My personal favourite spot for the pool!

The first time I went here months ago, the place wasn't busy but they didn't have enough glasses to give me and my group more drinks until we finished our cups and they would quickly clean our cups and reserve us. I gave the benefit of the doubt because it's in ajax and it wasn't a deal breaker for us. Tonight my friend tripped on a step and stumbled a bit before getting served anything and they said they wouldn't serve us at all. We were all sober and was just looking to play some pool. Never coming back.

Don’t go here unless you want to be discriminated against and denied service. Worst taps and billiards in Durham region.

Excellent place to go have a beer and play pool. Been part of the community for a very long time. Outstanding service and reputation. Definitely a place to go if you want to shoot some stick and have a chill time. No idiots, no drama, just good fun, food and friends.
Its one of those gems in the region that have survived. Respect to the owners and staff!

Large and spacious. Small and full size tables, one snooker table. Food is available from restaurant downstairs.

The place is nice to play. It was not very busy, what is good and we had a table free as soon as we arrived.
