Terrible. Just dropped by to gas up, and the cashier just waved his hands for us to leave. I guess no gas for us!
Last week we tried getting gas here, the pumps did not work. Great for a 24/7 station!

WORST PETRO CANADA STORE! I went to store to buy Lottery ticket and i was denied to server because of my ethnicity. Its super strange since i was never treated like this by other store. I saw on net and to my surprise, there was no law where you have to show an canadian Id to buy a ticket. Would never recommend to buy from here.

Amazing stuff and customer service I drive around for Uber and when ever I have to use washroom they always allow and compare to esso/Tim Hortons in front of them is out of service for a year.absolutely B**ss

Terrible. I stopped there to buy an ice cream and it has a sign buy 2king size drumsticks for $6. I went to the counter and was charged $3.99 each. I told the guy that the sign said 2 for $6 and he said if was the other ones. I told him the sign said king size and the same ones I chose were in the pics. He came to the ice cream area and showed me the other ones which were not like the pics and didn't say king and were a different size and didn't look like the ones in a pic. He was also rude and left me standing there and walked away.

Only rocket scientists work at this gas station. A simple question turns into a huge argument and an opportunity for them to school you on the intricacies of gas station business. As important as it is, I am here to get gas, not to consume condescending talks from a convenience store clerk. Horrible customer service. Save your time - go to Esso across the street.

Very very bad experience today. The guy called Biren is very very rude. I went today (2023-04-02) to buy just lottery tickets and he rudely asked me to show identification. I was trying to show him digital ID even though I am 30 years of age person and clearly looks like I can buy tickes. He said only 30+ age person can buy lottery tickets. I have been fuel my car and purchasing lottery tickes from here since 2019. I said give me your manager number and he said wait I call the cops. What kind of person working in this store.

Dear manager please remove this kind of employee. This is not done. I went with my wife and she scared as he speaks very very rudely.

Please don’t go in the store when you see a person works called Biren.

The man working here, Saleem, is very miserable and rude. Petro Canada needs to evaluate who they have working at there locations.

A gas station like any other gas station should be. It sometimes gets busy during rush hours, especially in the evening, but even during those hours, you could still find a pump available. Inside is exactly like any other gas station.

I tried to pay my gas with my fuel saving card and petro gift card.each time I tried to swipe my fuel saving card, the guy hit the keyboard immediately and told me that it didn't go through.other station wait for a few seconds and let it go through.same thing happen to my gift card. I tried a few times, this guy hit the keyboard immediately.there is some kind of fraud of there.

Useless gas station. I pressed 87 Octane, but somehow it filled the tank at 89 Octane. I went inside to explain what happened, and the lady just smiled and said I'm sorry you must have pressed 89. I asked her to check the cameras, and she said no. I was a customer here for 10+ years. I will go elsewhere henceforth.

I ordered 87 at 1.12 but was served premium at 1.43. Didn’t notice until I got home. Never coming back. Stay away. Esso is right across the road

I came to this gas station while the price displayed $1.18 per litter.

Then, as soon as I processed the credit card payment, just before I made selection it changes to $1.23 per litter.

I went inside to explain the situation to the attendant whose response was "Every night at midnight the gas price change and there's nothing we can do about it".

That is different than the way of doing business that I learned over my 30 plus years of customer and public relations.

I appreciate the fact that the price change at midnight. However, customers who are already at the station due to the displayed price should not be forced to either pay 5¢ more per litter or hit the road!
I expected that the should honor what attracted the customer and brought in instead of charging more. I believe that I am being reasonable and fair here. Thank you.
