I went to this station at 10: 50 PM tonight. The person at the front name “VITHU” refused to let me use the restroom. I politely requested him to let me use the restroom as I had to pee coz I drive uber. I had been working from past 10 hours. We go the restrooms at gas stations only and this guy refused me to use restroom stating the head office had informed them to close the restrooms completely. This is pathetic.

ZERO STARS. WATCH OUT. SHADY BUSINESS ALERT. DO NOT GO HERE. Friday mar 10,2023. Tried to pump 'regular' gas which I always do. Price seemed high and looked at pump and it had been pumping "plus" which is 20 cents more which equated to 10$ more overall than if I had been using regular. Mentioned it to Sami as I was paying. Sami said we have to check the tapes as he thinks the hose hit the button which would make it my fault. Wouldnt give me my 10$ back. So here we are.

This location is being run by a dinosaur. The weird looking lady doesn't let you use washroom. If you respect yourself don't put gas in this location. Freaks!

Very rude young man working. Locks up and puts Closed sign in window at the exact time I come every day. My daughter isn't feeling well so I went down just now and tried pleading that I just need ice cream for her and I would leave $20 cash. He actually turned his back and pretended not to hear me. So incredibly inconsiderate
Just a few weeks ago I bought a charger and a wall block that was priced at $17.99 and $19.99 I had a few other things and paid. Then I looked at receipt both prices were higher and I was chargeda $19.99 $21.99So I showed him the receipt. He said sorry but the price increased. So I told him I didn't want it anymore. He refuses a refund. I have not even left the store. I got frustrated and he said I can offer you a free coffee but no refunds. He wouldn't even a give a store credit

Nasty and rude management, accusing customers of trespassing when the staff at the desk said I could use the washroom, on the way out of the washroom this guy starts yelling saying I can't use the washroom, I asked him to stop interrupting me and being rude he then yelled "yes I am rude now get out".

I never went back there without asking, thanks for harassing your customers.

Absolute freak of nature to treat customers this way.

They refused me washroom use after I filled gas. I won't be use this gas station any more. Terrible service
