Ask for help with a product they sell and the lady didn't have any idea so I ended up leaving, train better your employees

Worst experience I have ever had at a gas station yesterday morning. Girl at the counter seemed competent, but carless. When asked a simple question regarding payment she began insulting customers by loudly calling them stupid and asking them if they lived in this world.

Petro scams Canadians everyday with their point system and not allowing customers to use them.

Absolute horrible service, completely lacked training, unsafe!
The pump was not calibrated properly and didn't stop when my tank was full. I advised the attendant (she was on the phone), told me that everything works and that I didn't know how to use the pump. She did not apologizes nor come out to take a look and place absorbent to cover the gasoline on the ground.
I also called Petro-Canada to file a compliant and never received a reply.
Note that I had to select at least one star, otherwise I would not give a start at all.

This review is based on the store in this gas station, not the gas station itself. (I don't have a car.) Alright. This is one of the best gas station stores I have been to. They are small, but despite that still have a lot to choose from. The person that was working there at the time was super nice there, and my friend and I took quite some time switching items, and getting all our coins out, and my friend was short of money so I gave him a dime, and she was very patient with us and didn't get mad. The prices were reasonable, and overall, I have to say that this place is great. If I'm in this plaza again I will definitely come here.
