This is the worst gas station i have ever been to. I went there this afternoon around 4: 10PM Aug 24 2022 to fill up the gas once I’m done paying for my gas I asked the cashier lady if I can use the washroom and she said no the washroom is closed. I told her it’s illegal for gas stations to deny customers for using the washroom and she didn’t care at all. I don’t think she understands Ontario washroom policy. I tried to get the manager’s number and she refused to give me. She was very rude and disrespectful not only that she even threatened to call the cops on me if I did not leave the store. Don’t waste your time and money in this specific location because they have no respect for their customers. NO WASHROOM NO BUSINESS close your store since you violating the rules!

Probably the worst customer service. If I could return the Gas I purchased I would have done that lol. I have also called Petro-Canada customer service and hope to get a response. I strongly believe that sometimes managers do look at the customer reviews and address them specially whenever it’s about your Employees/ CSRs

BTW, I noticed most the one star reviews here were about the bad and rude service of the same CSR, I guess.
Petro -Canada customer service never called me nor replied to my email. So this is clear if a company doesn’t care about their customers their employees would do the same

They guys don’t follow the law which was implemented by Ontario government to use the washroom for uber driver and all other taxi driver

I work on the road, so I stop at gas stations to warm my lunch up. This one a friendly clerk but no microwave no washroom.

Petro Canada is the only gas I have buy, collect points earn rewards like discount on gas or who does not love a free car wash!

Terrible Service lady working in the morning is rude and doesn't care about customer service. Will never spend my money here again - not to mention they are always 5 cents more expensive then the Canadian tire and Esso at Dixie which is just a 2min drive from this rip-off Station why anyone would go is beyond my thinking
