The location is great. But prices are always on higher side compared to other gas stations within the radius.

Busy road and heavy traffic area, for such a gas station. Customer service should be improved. Mostly no receipts at majority of the pumps.

I came to the gas station early in the morning the person seems not at all happy with the job he is doing. Dint have sense how to deal with the customer. Very rude. If u r working in service industry should at least know how to talk.

Great location to my home. Great staff especially Puja whose always greets customers with respect, polite, & efficient.

This is the worst location they say to pay at the window at night and no one ever answers

Should it not be theft when companies not recognize exchange rates for currency? Handed $10 usa currency and asked how much is their rate… reply was! “it’s just $10”. It was actually $12.57, so I lost $2.57 cdn. I don’t expect exact… but state of the art cash tills can be programmed. And foreigners often know exchange rates better than I do.

No customer service, can't speak English. I paid for my gas and before I can put my card in my wallet the employee threw my recept without even asking me. How the hell are they trained?

Worst gas station in Brampton, the teller is useless and very rude, have no clue about customer service, no manners or etiquettes at all, wonder how did they even get a job! Never going there now. Petro canada should do something, it's their face in the line of fire.

Very Poor service at this petro canada! This is second time an employee had made an update restroom is out of order.
There is no sign at restroom at outside door that it is out of order! And i feel its just an excuse employee makes!

Bad fuel, they do mixing
I have experienced filling up Diesel tank from here few times and my suv only gives about 700kms per tank and same vehicle from other gas stations give me about 950kms.
I was surprised so I did this test few times and everytime the results came same.

So I am sure the owner of this gas station 100% do mixing.

On June 3,2020 at 12: 30 AM I was racially profiled by one of the cashiers I would like a manager to contact me immediately or I’m going to the media

I visited this location yesterday and was thrilled to recieve an exeptional customer service with a smile by the associate/cashier on duty MS Yasmeen.
I think she should be rewarded.
I will sure visit the location again.

Getting in and out the lot is fairly easy even though it seems awkward. I’ve never really seen it busy too. It only goes up to 91 though. That part sucks

Genius at the counter is skimming petro points cards, stealing points. Do not let this guy touch any of your cards. He touched mine a year ago, now my points are gone.

No plans to ever go to this petro canada again.

Wow! Best gas EVER! Jk. It’s a gas station. You pump your gas, pay for it and repeat! It was a beautiful day to get gas though! Off the beaten path and not busy at all!

The person working there attempted to use my card info and buy things off of it.extremely unprofessional and illegal, be careful while filling in your info during paying

Buyer Beware!
Becareful at the Bovaird and Mississauga Road location. This summer 2016 I went bought gas and went in to pay, the clerk took my $ BUT when cashing it, he PICKED up a petro points card that he 'conveniently' had sitting on the counter by the cash register (the same part of the counter that customers use) so I saw him when he picked it up and SCANNED it through.
NOW remember he never not once asked me if I had a petro points card BUT still scanned his. I stopped him and asked "What did you just scan there on my transaction", 'Oh is a card we have sitting around" he says, again I asked what is that card, you never asked me if I had a card, what are you doing'
He said "Oh ok I will start the transaction again and use your card' which he did BUT PLEASE BECAREFUL @ this location, remember there is more than one person who works there and majority of the time I find they are fine but this guy swiped a card that was not mine and never once asked me for mine.
Actually after this happened if I can help it I try to only use Esso gas station because I find that petro points dont buy anything and it will take 100 years to get enough points to even buy a small coffee, esso takes Aeroplane points which do add up to something no matter how little, I would rather strive for a free flight than Petro canada coffee anyday.
