The girl who works here is so rude.
Someone needs to tell her to be a little polite. Please. The one who worked on August 23rd at 9: 30 pm. I want to be specific so that other people don’t get bashed. Customer service 0. Her name tag wasn’t there.

Microwave was out of order…
Bathroom was clean….
Guys who work on the road and need to heat their lunch can’t do it here.

I buy lotto tickets at this location all the times. Lately there is a staff Umang, never seen such rude person, she would only serve the people buying gas first. If you purchase / check the lotto tickets, you will have to wait till she serves all those gas purchasers first even though we lined up first and the people who came after us get serve first. She would argued with all of her lotto customers. She should be FIRED. Never seen such disrespectful person.

This morning I was there and the staff was so rude to me. I asked him to show me some lottery tickets and he first looks at me wierdly from head to toe and then picks a ticket from his choice and gives it to me. And tells me rudely you can go now. One of the worst experience. I had paid for my gas, no greeting whatsoever, no smile and with a grumpy face he kept staring at me like im a thief. Never going back again.

I was there buy lottery, a old man totally BAD service when he ask me to get ID.

My family and I have been coming to this location routinely my entire life. Just went there about 815am, no other customers. Needed air in my tire and asked the cashier lady to break a five for change for the machine. Lady rudely refused. I would’ve understood if she couldn’t open the register because it wasn’t a sale but I’ve seen other people get it and it’s common practice at all stations to do this. I asked her if I filled 50cents of gas, would she be able to do it then. She was tongue tied. I limped my car across to the the street to the Shell where I explained the situation asked for change for the five and she remotely turned the pump on for free.

You just lost a lifelong customer over something that would have costed you nothing but kindness.
