Today, My brother went to the store while coming back from work to fill up the gas and redeem a price on lotto Max. Gas total was about $60 and redeem price was about $108 so my brother thought that he might ve able to pay for the gas and take remaining money of winning lottery with him. Now here's how this young lady at the counter reacts. She scans the lottery ticket and then after seeing the amount she says that OLG has a limit of $50 max for Redemption of amount and in the counter of that we told them that we own the store too and we know that olg has $999 limit for Redemption. After that she started talking rudely and didn't process the amount so we paid for gas and were going out and at that she says that check your attitude and never come back to store while we never once talked to her rudely or shown attitude and how can someone just says no to coming to store. We live just across the street and we are a regular customer for the gas station and to that she replies that "So What? " so without arguing we just left and then we realized that the original ticket is still at store as she never given it back to us. So went back to take the ticket and the ticket was in garbage. I mean she couldn't even keep it for few minutes. It was not even 2 minutes since we left and it was in garbage. I am guessing the store is fed up with the customer and don't want anymore customers. And looking at all the reviews that seems to be true. MY SUGGESTION TO THE OWNER IS THAT IF YOU CAN'T HIRE DECENT EMPLOYEE THEN JUST CLOSE THE STORE. I, myself own the store too and none of my employees would treat a customer like that. You should take proper steps or atleast keep an eye on your employees.

Big but outdated gas station. Attendants are always pushy. Not connected with the Walmart plaza. Price is about average.

So to star, let's give them a negative rating.
I drove in took the nozzle and placed it in my tank. Then selected 87 octane at 109 a liter. Locked the nozzle Proceeded to wash my window, and put washer fluid in my truck. Came back to 116l of fuel in my truck. Went to pay. And I said to the lady wow truck was empty. Lol. Left and noticed about 15 mins later I was billed for 94 octane.

I called was. Told to bad u selected it. I said not a chance in hell on a 08 f150.

So I went there and was told some times the hose hanging rubs the buttons on auto selects ultra 94. @137l
And it's my fault as a consumer. Bs I say. Even if it rubbed on the button I pushed 87 octane. And I'm told once pressed. It doesn't matter if you select anything else.
So don't shop there my fleet has been told to not to buy any fuel there or any Petro canada in the area.

I was offered to split the difference by the owner. To me that's poor customer service.
Not acceptable.

There was 4 people at the pumps and nobody could get the pumps to turn on. The employee inside wouldn't turn them on and was completely ignoring everyone. The doors were locked too and she was behind the counter not doing anything. This was all at 8 30pm. Not sure what was going on but deff wont be coming back here. Everyone else left too

Just before 11pm all pumps are unavailable continued by horrible customer service.
Doors are locked, knock and your attendant won’t look or address my knocks but rather decides to yell “we’re closed”.
Three others show up and she continues to blatantly disregards them.

3 times I have stopped by during business hours only to find all the pumps are inactive, the store is locked, and there are no staff in sight. Terrible service for a gas station.

How many bad reviews on the old woman working here does it take for the owner to see that there is an issue? ! Promoting sales or getting customers to buy more product is one thing, but this employee is BEYOND pushy and annoying. EVERY TIME I go into this gas station to buy a drink or snack and the older woman is working, I am hounded that "they're on sale if you buy two" "it's cheaper if you buy two". Even after repeatedly saying no thanks, she continues to say "well why its cheaper". If i wanted to buy more than one drink, I'D DO IT! Easily in there for longer because I have to justify why I don't want to buy the chocolate thats on sale or buy more drinks. Myself, and everyone I know tries their best to avoid getting gas at this location.
