Petro-Canada & Car Wash

Nice and brightly lit station, with a good assortment of goods in the convenience store. Not the biggest fan of the mandated pre-paid system, but the relatively low prices kind of make up for it. Lots of space too in the fueling stations so that you dont bump into other cars.

BEWARE OF FRAUD AND SCAM AT THIS LOCATION. Should be investigated.   Pay at pump charges for gas and does not dispense. Staff are well aware and  pretend to be oblivious as they laugh when you explain and speak in a different  language to each other.

Prepaid for gas at the pump and realized nothing was pumping. Turned the car on and it said 10km.the same amount I came to the gas station with.   Spoke to the female attendant who understood, suddenly a male attendant ran out saying we need to explain it to him. As we explained he said he doesn't understand. The other associate explained as he started speaking in a different  language and she went silent. He made a call to his "manager" while speaking in a different  language. He came back saying he's confused, we explained it again. He says it is "impossible  to prepay and the pump not work.   That only happens for transactions  or  prepay for $5". Im not sure how it could be impossible to go wrong with higher amounts if its goes wrong for prepay $5. My transaction  was "Too much". Mind you I showed him my receipts. MY BANK TRANSACTIONS.and the kms on my car until empty asked him to check his system and camera. He refused and said he's "confused" and "does not understand "  told me to file a complaint so they can investigate.   I tried explaining to him again, he started speaking to another customer and then to his associate in a different language again and laughed. Thing entire was so frustrating and wasted so much time. I just left and went to Shell. So I lost my money.

Came online and noticed MANY people had similar situations at this location. Definitely fraud behind the scenes. Have receipts and proof and video to share awareness and warn people, nothing they say makes sense. They do this to innocent poor people.

Well done petro, in the midst of the inflation crisis. You manage to steal from people. I can only imagine the innocent  people depending on gas to get them to their destination and being frauded and left stranded.

This place was unbelievable, A rat came to me while I was trying to shop for the Travis Scott burger. Then the rat bit my toe. The toe got infected, and I had to go to the hospital and the infection went to my lungs. Now I have lung cancer.this was so unbelievable and I had to get my foot amputated. So this review is for not cleaning and being absolutely disgusting, and not knowing your surroundings?

One of the petro-canada gas stations with a touch-less car wash. Most of the time there is a queue on the weekends. The average wait is about 25 minutes

Sandeep is a terrible person. My money went through at the pump and he shut it off, then ignored me when i was at the door asking for a refund. He then became aggressive. I just want my money back, ill be calling tomorrow.

Sandeep is extremely rude person, was screaming at me because I didn’t realize the store was close when he was inside of the store, he looked at me with disgust, annoyed, humiliating, shaking his head, mumbling. He should get fired, because I’m was a regular client for gas, fresh drinks and lottery after that I rather drive a bit more and get to the other gas station, where people just say “we close” instead of humiliating me for not notice store was close.

Does not even deserve 1 star-Cashier very rude and hostile at 1: 09pm March 15,2022. I just asked if I can self scan my own drink since I didn't want him to touch it with his gloves that just touched dirty money since I was going to immediately drink from it and he almost bit my head off! I didn't mind him touching my receipt or lotto ticket I just was cautious with my drink from the bottle that I was going to drink from, it was not a big deal. I never in my life been treated with such disrespect & with such anger. I told him I didn't mean to be offensive just being cautious and he just freaked even more on me. It was alarming! I am not a loud nor confrontational and was shocked that being an older woman was being mistreated for no big reason. I am a paying customer and did no appreciate that treatment. I would love management to see the store video for I am not lying and I deserve an apology. I will report him to head office, but in the meantime this is a warning to customers, he is not fit to serve customers and Petro Canada just lost a loyal customer. M. Diana Vaughan ON

I go there for touchless carwash but that 1star is for the huge line up after 3pm on weekdays.i get car wash every monday and if i skip or forget in the morning for car wash i end up with huge line up to get it done which takes atleast 30mins to get your turn. So make sure to avoid this place if planning to get car wash after 3pm on weekdays.

I entered the wash and drove up to the first bay. A car pulled out of it and I went in thinking that it was open. However, there were two workers on the other side yelling at me and waving their arms to indicate that they wanted me to pull out rather than go in.

I mostly come here for the car wash if I am in the area or visiting Vaughan Mills. It's a touchless car wash and does a really good job of cleaning. Only issue is it's a busy location and most of the time there are several cars in line and so you can imagine how long it would take.

Pumping gas is nearly impossible at this location. 2 separate times as I was pumping it would automatically stop. Took like a half hour to fill up. Horrible customer service. Save your self the time and energy. I will never go back. Unless they do a severe management change and retrain the employees in proper customer service techniques.

The customer service here does not even deserve a single star rating. The only ~good~ to this location is their touch-less car wash is the best in the area. However, be sure to come early and wait, as the car wash is usually busy. The location closes at 10pm, so the attendants will usually close the ramp for the car wash around 930pm so they can leave at exactly 10pm.

They don't salt the ramp leading from their car wash to the road, so on colder days it becomes really icy. I'm not hugely appreciative of companies that risk pedestrians slipping into traffic while walking on the sidewalk. It's a lawsuit waiting to happen that ramp during the winter.

Today, I went to the gas station to use the car wash service. Everything was OK at the beginning, but when it was blown dry, it should have been 80 seconds. After 30 seconds, the dryer stopped working and my car only dried up half!

Goodness.bad experience.went in to ask something about our receipt, and this lady attendant just barked at me and raised her voice, and started explaining things. I don't understand. I was just asking her A question, and her response to me was so impolite, I wonder if she's going through something.

Absolutely horrendous customer service. The attendant was on the phone and asked all of us in line (4 customers) to wait while he finished his call. The call didn't sound like a business call in my opinion as it was light in nature and he was making multiple jokes. It took long enough that the person behind me in line left in frustration.

But worse than that is their car wash! I have never had to wait 45 minutes to get into a car wash! Their touchless car wash is approximately $18 and we all waited a very long time. The line-up was long given the amount of time for each wash/dry (we timed it and it takes approximately 8-10 minutes for each car to complete the wash/dry service). I have never known a car wash to take so long. Based on other reviews of this Petro-Canada location, I am certainly glad I didn't come closer to their closing time (as per other reviews, it seems they just shut it off before 10pm even if you purchased the car wash in store minutes before and if you had been waiting). I do want to note that their touchless car wash does a very good job - but I personally do not feel it is worth the time and extra cost.

Save your time and drive up the road to another gas station.

The Car Wash Never Works, you will wait an hour and in the end something breaks down. The staff are useless and imbeciles.

If you go to get your car washed prepared to be disappointed. They do maintenance during business hours, and if you go in at 9pm, prepare to wait an hour and get kicked out by rude employees telling you the gas station is closed. They don't have a sign or traffic cone tell you its closed. Avoid this place at all cost.

My Petro point card will not work at pump but will work inside, I lost point while paying at pump, have to go inside the gas station to pay and swipe point card, but at few other Petro Canada my points card work at pump.

Always something wrong at this location. A shame. And there gads is always high priced Drive down the road a few km for decrease in price.
