BEWARE OF CARWASH

My dad went through their car wash on Tuesday May 18th. The sprayer went up against the vehicle and scratched the front bumper and left front fender.

Waited a week after trying to get a hold of the manager and they said he lied and must have scratched if before. They refused to pay for the damages, refused to send the video showing the machine hitting.

Now he has to go through his own insurance. What a scam!

Horrible customer service Rashelly needs to learn how to deal with customers very rude. Car wash does not work DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL

Okay gas station. Car wash takes 5 minutes per car. Far too long if you have more than one car in front of you.

Worst touchless carwash ever. I went in to tell them my car didn’t wash properly, they took a look and said it was my fault its not clean and not there wash? So much for buying all the season passes i buy from these guys. Never again. Absolutely no customer service and the worst management i have ever came across.

Manager Siby very rude and impolite. I dont recommend giving business here as mine was not appreciated and I had to learn the hard way.

Refused to let me use my OLG gift card, very disappointing. Maybe they aren't really an legitimate OLG retailer.

Worst customer service and don’t have professional answers to the query made in front of them. They don’t update status about car wash like open or closed. They don’t even provide managers number to talk. Worst customer service

I stop here on my way home from work, because I collect Petro Points.but that's about all it's good for. The printers at the pumps haven't worked in over a year, so even when you want to pay and go, you have to go inside to wait in line just to get your receipt. I've mentioned it to the staff about 10 times, and nothing ever changes.
If it weren't for having the only good touch free carwash nearby, I would have given it 1 star.

The location is difficult to get out of, the aren't competitive, and the car was is useless.
The gas station is unlike any other, but this particular location is difficult to get in and out of as you can only go onto Proudfoot or Oxford east, both of which are usually busy.
The carwash is rather useless as it hardly cleans at all, see picture.

Hello everyone, buckle in for a story about how terrible a company Petro Canada is. I trusted their touchless car wash with my new vehicle, and have been going there for months without incident. Until last Saturday when the touchless car wash damaged my side mirror. It took them a week to contact me saying they couldn't do anything about the incident because on the video camera it shows nothing happening. Although it should show the car wash snapping my mirror forward and me frantically sprawling over the passenger side to fold it in the proper way when the car wash again grabbed it and snapped it back the other way. They however will not let me view the footage. I was quoted 537 dollars for the mirror replacement but Petro will not help which is unfortunate considering how much I spend there on fuel and car washes. My work also uses petro for fuel on our work vehicles but it looks like we will be taking our business elsewhere.

Employees there are absolute rude p.o. S.the care wash ripped the mirror right off my vehicle as well and when I asked to see the video, which they claimed nothing happened, they refused to justify that the incident never happened.

Employees here are ignorant, rude, and a bunch of liars. Don't use their car wash, their 15$ car wash will end up costing you 500-1000$.

Great place would be a 5 star if carwash was less busy.
Carwash is the only touch less around. Always too busy!

Purchased car washes for $220 and waited in the line for 45 minutes. Got stuck while the wash and nobody was there for help and after a student came in and said you have to go back in line and wait for 45 minutes and then you can have your car wash. I wasted 45 minutes and fuel and they gave me ONE car wash, students are running the show without and proper knowledge of helping a customer. Now the soap is all over my car and I went to Esso and purchased an another car wash.

I hate going to this place now. Employee name was SIJO was very rude and helpless. I have no idea how they are running there car wash. We bought season card here. When i bought they said i can add this card into my phone and i can use every time i come. At first attempt when i did this the card number didnot work i was in the queue for an hour so he asked me to leave the line and talk to home in the store. I did that and he was no help and told me that manager will call me. But for the service i paid for i didn't get. Season pass is scam looks like.

The car wash broke down while I was inside it. I honked many times but no one came to help me. I had to drive around the arm and luckily the door was open at the other end. My car was covered with soap. All the owner said was I could have another car wash at the same price within 24 hours and I would have to go back and wait in the line that I had already waited in for an hour. I will never return.

The pump we went to had a sign in it saying “ regular gas empty Ultra 94 at regular price”. But when we pumped it came out to the full ultra 94 price. Turns out they forgot to take the sign off, and wouldn’t refund us. I wouldn’t have purchased ultra otherwise. Feeling ripped off.

Not sure why I was singled out to pre-pay for my gas! Not that I had any problems before, I was disappointed but overall it’s alright
