Went at 730 so it was darker outside and the light in my wash bay turned off when I started to wash my car
Difficult to wash in the dark lol

The car wash is great! DIY for a lot cheaper than the automatics that are way over priced.

I go to the Petro station at Wonderland and Southdale on Christmas eve. I wanted to purchase a lottery ticket for my husband only I could not remember the name of the ticket so I asked the guy behind the counter if he had a print out of the tickets available. I was looking for it turns out the Lottontario. In the middle of waiting on me he takes out his cash and completely ignores me. I asked him if he could help and he tells me it is shift change. I am bewildered! I asked him what the heck? He says you don't know what you want.the next guy will takes care of me thank goodness. This guy doesn't apologize just makes me feel like I am an intrusion in his day. So I let him know this was not good service. Now Christmas Day I realize I have left my tickets behind. So I go back today to see if my ticket package might be still there. So there is a sign on the door says "Back in 5 mins. So i wait. Other customers are asking me, why is the store locked? We wait. Eventually I call another store and they call the person after about 10-15 mins. Guess who is on staff. Same guy. I decide to be polite, say good afternoon and explain my situation, hoping he does not recognize me. So I explain to him the details sure enough there is my package with my tickets. I tell him my name and explain how I had left them behind but that my business cards are in the package as well. I offer my identification and he still gives me grief. I also told him there was a slip of paper with my name on it for blood work. Now the lineup behind me is growing. He doesn't care.

Terrible service. Grab two bottles of Eska water b/c the promo said 2 for $3. My fault that I tapped b/f recognizing that they charged me $6 for the water. I told the attendant and he did not care. Would not refund and wouldn't call his boss for assistance. I have video of the instance and photos of the promo showing the price and the date of expiry for the promo (Aug. 19th 2019). Have emailed Petro and will release the video if they do not make it right. Give me some options, have some ownership of your role. Pull $3 bucks from the till and give it to me (debit transaction) Let me grab two more bottles. Give me something. Nope, no employee empowerment. Sorry Petro, you've lost my business!

They always run out of regular gas and give premium gas at regular price love this

Was going to buy a cheese for my son and then do carwash.lady says she cant break my 50.00 bill for that.if you have 20 then its possible she says.apperently its store policy
