Petro-Canada & Car Wash

At the end of June, I purchased 5 car washes as per promotion for $10+ each to include vacuum. The other day, the vacuum would not accept the scan code. Reporting to the attendant, I was told that my pre-paid washes had expired. Not true. The attendant advised me that the vacuum would only accept $3.
This is a first while having collected hundreds of thousands of points and participating in promotions for more than 30 years. George

It is just beside my house. Decided not to use it anymore. Have the season pass and at least 60% of the time car wash is closed. I am also thinking of changing where I fill up my gas and wash my cars.

I went for a car wash today at this location and somehow I was not able to figure out how it works the first time I went to the wash. The lady at the convenience store, Deepika, advised me to line up again and personally came out to help me (it was cold and snowing). Hats off to such warm and dedicated employees:)

I’d rather flush my money down the toilet than spend a penny there. Worst service in the GTA.

Every time I go to this station something is wrong with the pump. Electrical error, receipt printer not refilled or shuts off constantly

Pumped normal gas and it charged me for the most expensive one. Store attendant didn't believe me and refused to process a refund. I told them to fix the pump and she told me I was a liar and that it's working fine. Broken pump and extremely rude and unhelpful staff.

Edit: saw another review saying the same thing 9 months ago, clearly they didn't bother to look into it

Went through the car wash and it was terrible. Came out with multiple areas looking exactly like they had on the way in, like the car wash hadn’t even touched them. It didn’t do a wax cycle either even though that’s part of the cost. Very disappointed.

Will you guys please fix the massive pothole outside your car wash? Someone is going to sue you guys one day after it messes up their car

Gas is gas, customer service is terrible though. Often no staff at the desk, they're in the back doing whatever making me wait several minutes. Car wash is mediocre.

Easy access to and from the lakeshore, kingsway, queensway. Carwash and variety store on premises

Huge parking lot! Generally very clean. Decent washroom. Good sized convenience store with RBC ATM. Service has really improved here in the evening. Car wash is good. Could do a better job of drying but I find that is the case with virtually all car washes.

If the gas station is closed why do you leave the whole place lit up? !
Also, your car wash isn't working right, shut it down. Stop selling passes. I see here it's been broken for 3 days, really? ! Shut it down already.

Horrible customer service since you ask them to fix the car wash which was not working properly. Not happy with their service.

Decent car wash. Basic $9.99 +Tax (I think you need to gas up at least a little bit to get this price).

Came for a basic $9.99 car wash today - left happy - machine did a nice job. Gentleman at the counter was super pleasant and polite.
Very clean store, has fresh coffee station, washroom, and a good variety of snacks/drinks.

This Petro Can station is open 7/24, has a convenience store, a car wash and it sells diesel fuel as well. Service is friendly and helpful.

Got to the gas station 5 mins before closing and the last closed the register as I pulled up! Very horrible service, I ran out of gas trying to get to the next gas station

This by far is the worse Petro Canada I have been to in Canada. Pricing is always the highest in the neighborhood and service is ATROCIOUS. They don't give a damn about their customers. Car wash works. MAYBE. I love the fact that the price of gas on the sign facing the highway exit is always set at $107.7 and looks like it is broken yet the other side works just fine. This to me is a way of tricking drivers coming off the Gardner Expressway to stop off. I now pay more to go to the ESSO up the street. The issue is that most people do not know there is another option at Kingsway and Bloor. Sorry Petro Canada. I am a loyal user of your stations however you need to know this Kingsway location is TERRIBLE! They are the poster child for Gas Companies You will Never Trust!
