Not satisfied with the customer service. GSA kenil was very rude as he didn’t inform me about the debit machine not working as well as he didn’t redeem my petro points prior to informing him. He argued with me and told should i close the door and put the sign even though there was another GSA in the store.

Cashier very rude, using gift card (MC) to pay for Gas and he said they don't take gift card. I told him that I used it before and at this same location. He said 30 thousands people come through here and don't used gift card. I said I don't care. He was rude, no Customer service training. He should not be working at this type of job.

I came here for seasonal car wash after 15 minutes waiting person on counter doesn’t know anything about seasonal pass when I asked him how i can use and points work.

Went to car wash location Hurontario and mayfield for car wash I have season pass. Car was not washed properly and I got rewash from inside and the moment I exit the gas station they deleted the code. I want Mr Jacob or Prabhjot manager to reach me through email or any head office manager.
Thank you. That’s very rude and inconvenient for petro canada customers. Worst customer service ever worst management too.

Always an issue when I go at 7 am lotto / debt machine not working /doesn't have correct change

When most gas stations ran out of fuel a few days ago, this station also ran out of 87,89, and 91 octane gas. But rather than leaving people stranded or forcing people to pay for the 94 octane gas, they decided to sell their 94 for the price of 87. Kudos to them.

Very nice and clean gas station witch nice tenants who run the facility like professionals one of the nicer gas stations in Brampton.

If you are about to go here for a car wash STOP. The most honest review you will see here will be this one.
Not my first incident but definitely the last.
First off customer service is very bad. The lady Mehreen always has to come there with an attitude. Today was the day I found out she also provides non logical answers. Very disrespectful and rude.
Second off car wash is the worst. It WILL scratch your rims because you have to put your tires on a wheel that hits the side bar. It will not rinse off the car properly and the soap will stay stuck to the car leaving marks. The car wash broke infront of us leaving a car stuck inside. After asking for a refund I was told I can not receive one and I should go to a different location. Then I told her all the locations have the same system and i did not want it anymore. Her answer was that the cash won’t give her an option to refund. (well then). I had to use it and it really failed.

Anyways hope someone takes action on something soon!

Pumps never work correctly! Staff do not care. Why do these places make people enter the store during a pandemic?

Called to ask a price of an item so i knew how much money to bring but they don't give prices over the phone lol, too much work for them i guess!

Visited last night, worker was very rude. Was wearing mask on beard but not covering his nose. I asked that what is benefit of wearing mask to cover your beard. He said wearing mask is store policy but it's not necessary to cover nose because that is not stated in rule. I said that this is compromise with your and customer's safety than he started arguing with me.

The car wash has technical problems. The pulley underneath missed my car 2 times and carried in 3rd turn. Have witnessed this problem before too. No one is available to take call when trying to report the issue.

I have no clue how they are having more than 3 star after I am having very bad service.i will never ever go this location again

Please avoid at any cost

My go to gas station. Convenient tire air pump located in a good area of the gas station away from on coming vehicles. Good layout of the lot with plenty of room for cars. Doesn't feel congested here. Proper entrances and exists, friendly staff and well organized store inside.

Great place. Car wash very good. Girls inside experienced and helpful. No wonder they are always busy.

Gas station. Has small items too. Like water, chips, gum juices. Sell lottery tickets. The Petro Canada near us is always busy. More when gas prices are low. Has small items to eat & also items for your vehicle. Examples; oil, window shield washer anti freeze etc etc

Nyc customer service and store always look clean and shiny, no complain about car wash and pumps area
