Petro-Canada & Car Wash

I was here last night for a car wash, and after it was done, I had a problem. The staff and manager were extremely helpful and understanding. They were great and perfect.

Very late Dec 2022, weekday evening. First time use of Seasonal pass, no wait time inline this moment. With smartphone PetroCan app already log on, reach display column and enter code shown on app dialogue window. Proceed as advised with car gear in Neutral. Minute or so, exit washroom at green light. It is clean for an hour hour before bustling in the evening traffic, rain and puddles again. This is a 24 hour operation while the neighboring many closed after 5 pm, seems to be so.

Never go to this location for a car wash. You pay the same amount of money for a car wash like other locations but getting much lower quality. The whole process only take one minute and 57 seconds. It can only wash out the light dust on your car. They know the problem, and they are willing to give you another free wash upon request. But you know, it’s wasting my time!

Although the gas prices may be a little high, the customer service at this location is probably the best in town. The staff here are always friendly and helpful. Unlike the Shell at McCowan &16th who are awful trolls, I’ve personally witness their staff yell and be rude to their customers.

Didn't give the receipt for the gas fill done by redeeming petro points saying there is no receipt for that. The staff was even unaware of the fact that the points could be redeemed by scanning virtual card in the smartphone. Once the payment was processed the machine gave out two receipts but he took it to verify himself and afterwards didn't provide it to me. Instead he said there's no receipt for points redeemed.

Great staff, great location easily accessible and alway open 24.7 with an smile and welcoming attitude, feels like mom and pop joint rather than a chain operated location, that's what brings me back to it.

Terrible car wash at this location. It left my car dirty with soap or some form of residue and streaks.

Prices are not exceptional. The esso at 16th and markham is very good. The pioneer at major makenzie and hwy-48.

This Petro gas prices is consistently higher then the Esso station nearby. The car wash uses cloth and I had issues with damages to the car before.

This place is good for gas. They have a car wash, but I haven't used it. I would rate higher if the car wash were no-touch.
