Petro-Canada & Car Wash

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. After using the car wash it still came out with some bird poop so I asked for a rewash and the attendant refused. His reason was it looked clean from behind the counter. Despite petrol canada having a hassle free rewash policy he was very defensive and it seemed like it would cost him personally to give me a rewash. I would not recommend giving this location your business. Sad because it's the closest car wash location to my home. I am re-considering the 90 day wash pass for petro this winter season and may go with a competitor (shell and esso). After seeing all the other 1 star reviews I see I'm not the only one with this experience.

Please don’t go there for a car wash. The tail damaged my left front tire. When I saw that damage I had no idea where I crashed my tire. Then the week after I went there again, I saw three more damages on the same tire. Then I knew what happened to that tire.

The people work there he is very rude, I called him cuz I purchased a one time period vape which has no power. That cashier told me nothing he can help me I have to find my own way to fix this problem and he hang up my phone. He is extremely rude, how can you treat your customer like this? Don’t go there for anything!

Last week I felt down badly since no salt and no cleaning in gateway of gas station it was glassy. I told the man who was in cabin that you should clean and put salt or soil. Pedestrian will be in danger. This is my everyday walking way. I checked the day after and today as well but nothing change just sitting in warm cabin.

If you are coming here for a car wash using the app, DON'T! This place never works and you are forced to back up. I even called the back office and they said they would fix it over 6 months ago and still no change.

Went to this location at night to fill up on gas, and the cashier was beyond sketchy. I had to pay in cash as the card reader was not working, and it was required to pay before fuel. Inside the stall to pay was a young lady tending the register and another taller male standing on the other side of the counter.
Throughout my entire transaction, the male seemed like a translator but not at the same time? He would speak to the lady in a different language but there was nothing to indicate he worked there. Both of them would give me attitude when I went back to have them change the grade of gas since they input the wrong one. Overall extremely rude and not helpful, would not recommend getting gas here especially at night.

These 1 star reviews are true. The car wash is an absolute trash. The brushes didn't even touch the car, so much for a touch wash. Told the guy about it before writing this review, he said nobody ever complains but the reviews are evident. Not great. They use the fans to wash off the bubbles

Why would Petrocan offer a carwash app if your carwash does not work with the app? Are you not Petro-Canada? The app recommends speaking with the attendant. You attendants do not help and say the owner has told them so. Terrible system and service.

Paid about 17$ for superwash, washed my car twice in two days but still not clean.
Worst carwash.

2 stars only for existence of the gas pump. Really bad car wash. Didn't use this car wash location for couple years, gave a chance and it failed again. They call it "clean car"?

Alright station but annoying having to park far away because the van your employee drives always takes the best spot. You're not coming or going often. What purpose does this serve besides making sure your actual customers have nowhere to park? 4 spots in front, a bunch in the back. Doesn't make sense

It was a walk in walk out situation. Got my something and left. Didn't have much of an interaction with the clerk but did not reach a point of bad service. Not bad.
