Petro-Canada & Car Wash

There is constantly something wrong with the pumps, I don't know why I even bother stopping here anymore- it just puts me in a bad mood. For a busy location you would think pay at the pump would always work? Get it together.

FYI - you have to pay before pumping. They have signage when the pumps won’t accept debit or credit but apparently the customer is supposed to know KNOW you have to pay first without ANY signage. I don’t read minds, not sorry.

Wish i could zero stars there car wash is garbage went three weeks ago spray soap had no soap talked girl inside she was busy with a customer and said ill wait for her she said ok 10 min passed waiting outside only to go back in to find her sitting on a stool playing on her phone asked for my money back only would give me a token for a wash witch is worth less then i put in fast forward today thought i would give it a try with my token guess what no soap again and low pressure on spray soap went to walk in to store to talk to them look in window and guess who i see same girl sitting on a stool playing on her phone turned around and did not bother avoid this place at all cost drive through a puddle its better then there car wash petro canada should be embarrassed with this place

On 31 jan. 12.19am.u want to pay inside for prepay.i have cash.and the employee did not opened the door.i. Knock the door for 10 minutes then i came in the car after 20 min the guy came out from near the counter, headphones on and he was laughing.i dont know what he was doing inside. He knows someone at the door cuz he was not cleaning the washroom and not working in the fridge.he was watchinv movie ir talking on the phone.that us very bad behaviour.he knows very well how much cold outside. Still he dont care.that happens twice before too.at this same gas station.

Only go here when absolutely necessary. Prices are always higher/ gougingly higher than elsewhere. Gas prices are increased when traffic flow is at its peak. No need too overcharge compared to all other gas stations in Brantford. Needed ice cubes. $3.49 here $2.49 everywhere else. You be the judge!

These people are frauds, gave me my change in pesos and ripped me off knowing full well it's not of equal value to canadian currency. Make sure you look at what your given before you leave the store.
