Very rude employee in gas station

Why bother advertising that your store sells lottery and then not let customers be able to buy any? Supposedly, their machine is ALWAYS down on multiple occasions.

I went for car wash and the scanner there is not working so I called for assistance and the guy just said yes from the microphone and didn’t even answer for the question, I again pressed for the assistance and the response was same “yes”. It was very bad experience, so I went from there without washing.it was I think after 11 pm
