Worker puts sign on door saying back in 10 then isn't at store all night.

The convenience store is the best in New Hamburg. The staff is very friendly and helpful.

After washing two times, my car was still covered in water drops. The dryer is not configured properly. I needed to use a dry cloth to dry the windshild.

Apparently it's full serve on Tuesdays - I haven't even seen that happen once during the specified hours.

I took my car through the car wash and when it was done my car was still soaking wet and full of soap. I went in to talk to the manager and asked him to come out to look at my car. He came out, looked at the soap and told me it's not a touchless car wash so it can be expected to leave soap remaining on the car. WHAT? !

The manager then started talking about when I come back next time and I stopped him to let him know there will be no next time.

What can I say? I tapped my card and washed it. Went to get the receipt it says I could get, only to be told they don’t offer receipts. I left not knowing how much I paid for my wash since it initially said to pay up to $15. It flashed on the screen long enough to say something about a credit but the know-nothing in the gas store knew nothing about it. Will never go back if I don’t have change to pay. And oh by the way, conveniently the change machine was out of order. New way of scamming customers?
