Petro-Canada & Car Wash

The slushy machine has black mould inside of it and all around it. It won’t break $100 bill unless you buy some time and couldn’t get $100 back for my scratch ticket that I want on but most of all lots of black mould in the slushy machine and the Frappuccino machine

I was really disappointed going to the carwash at this place. There was some power maintenance issue going on which was acceptable but the way the customer service lady responded back to me was really bad. She was screaming at me for no reason, all I asked is for help. I was really upset and wanted to check why she had done this! For which she explained me that 4 other previous customers has been yelling at her therefore she had frustration. She pretended that I was rude to her which I didn’t. Recently Petro Canada car washes have issues going on and all the service representatives were polite and have been helping/explaining situations which is totally acceptable but screening for no reason is unacceptable. Very Bad and kindly request the management to look into how their customer service rep’s attitude towards customers. Again i reinstate, just because someone else did something to you doesn’t give you the privilege to yell at someone else who have been polite.

Never getting gas there again. Keep an eye on what they charge, I selected the lowest grade gas and they charged me for plus.

Worst carwash it broke down my number plate two times and customer service as well very is very unprofessional never go this place again
