Petro-Canada & Car Wash

Nice attendant. Terrible car wash. I've been here twice and both times it left my car with streaks and dirt. The dryer doesn't work either. I wash the car (elsewhere) every week or two, so it's not about buildup. This car wash is just useless.

Worst service supposed to be open 24hrs but waited outside for more than 30 mins. Tried knocking the door. There’s no bell. Called store Phone many times but no one answered. No wonder employees are sleeping.

This gas station is supposed to be open 24/7 but nobody the door today. I am regular to this location but this never happened to me before. Owners should look into it.

The car wash doesn’t work properly specially rail and dryer. When we complained that the car didn’t get clean instead of giving us rewash voucher they end up saying this is how car wash works at every Petro Canada in Guelph. Very disappointed with customer service experience.

If you can’t provide gas turn the gas sign off, or put a sign at each pump so you’re not wasting everyone’s time please!

Cashier decided to skip me and serve the guy behind me in line so I walked out and won't go back.

Never thought I’d be leaving a review for a car wash but here I am. DO NOT GO HERE! The car wash is terrible and doesn’t run on the rail properly. The machine flipped and chipped my mirrors, nearly breaking them off my car! At one point my car was actually stuck inside because of the rail.

Have petro seasonal card. At this location Car wash remains closed most of the time and hard time to run on the rail.it doest pull Car. Escalated to petrocanada customer service
