Petro-Canada & Car Wash

I'm a Carwash Season Holder. Every time I have visited this location, the carwash is down. On Saturday I arrived in this location at 11 pm and found out that it was again. I came to this location once I had visited the other Petro Station located nearby and had their carwash down too. Out of frustration, I went inside to inquire about the situation and inquire about a day crash wash since I was about to miss my carwash for the day.the employees were ignorant and impolite. Their position was that there must be another Carwash station that might be open and it is my responsibility to drive around the city to locate a  station that can accommodate me.
I indicated that it was my right to have a free crash so I could use it tomorrow, but his position was that he could not honor my request, and simply said why don't you come back tomorrow to speak with the manager.
My experience was disappointing, I will limit my visits to Petro, Luckily there are many other options at Esso and Shell. I will not be wasting my money on Petro-Canada Season Pass. They fail to maintain their equipment and are not concerned if you miss a carwash to your detriment.

Went for a car. Got home and saw there was still soap on the car, not to mention the dirty spots on the car.

Because their App doesn't work, I can no longer accrue points and therefore, have no reason to use this gas station in particular.

Doesn’t clean well, soap stays as is, doesn’t dry well as well - the automatic wash is not maintained well.

Place is absolutely trashed management should step up and clean this filth. How can you run a business like that?

Terrible place, avoid these thrives. The worst customer service I have experienced. This was not the first time. Last I experienced terrible service about 8 years ago from this same location, then I stopped going there although it’s literally 2 minutes from my home. Then I went again today… guess what… same management I think. Shell and CircleK has much better service. I definitely will contact corporate office and see if they are actually any better. I think I will start avoiding Petro Canada all together.

Argumentative and rude staff, horrific car wash, high gas prices in comparison to surrounding stations. AVOID!

Went for a car wash today over here, their system had an issue where our car was going off the tracks automatically and there were jerks with the glide blue wash they have. Employees said that you are applying brakes, the reason we had to apply that was because of our car going off the tracks and we cannot just let the car have scratches. If it was the employees car, would they let scratches be there because of system had a problem. Though they gave us a free car wash, the employees at this location are very disrespectful and instead of helping us, just talking to people on the phone.

AVOID THIS LOCATION. My car was damaged in their car wash (and my car wasn’t the only one damaged, the floor of the car was was littered with broken parts from other vehicles). The site manager admitted the damage occurred in their car wash and asked me to get a quote for the repair. I was then told that “upper management” would only reimburse me for 50% of the repair. When I asked why, I was told that the quote came in higher than they expected and they don’t want to pay that much. Unfortunately, Petro Canada’s corporate offices are also incompetent and it has been a nightmare trying to get my car repaired.

A tip for the owners, keep it closed at night, nobody actually ever is available or working at night, if they are

Why pay wages when I'm just pre paying gas only

Just sent down my daughter to get change for a 20.00 bills as I had a child loose a tooth this evening. They wouldn’t give her change!
First off this location has had debt down ALL DAY so they have had nothing but cash coming into the location.
I know that as I got gas earlier and was given 10.00 in change rather than bills. 5 toonies to be exact which got spent before the tooth was even lost so my pocket wasn’t weighted down at the car wash.
I come to this location often and am rather annoyed they turned her away at 1am for change. When I called was told he didn’t care to boot. I am not going to waste my time being loyal to this location as clearly they just were too busy on their phone as per usual to actually service a customer.
