Petro-Canada & Car Wash

Purchased a Wash & Go card with 5 washes for $55. I figured it would be good to remove the salt from my car. All was good except that when I checked my car after the wash the radio attenna was damaged. I had to take it apart and use YouTube to fix it. If you have long antenna anywhere on your car, do not use these car washes. I should have just used self-service car wash for $3.00.

Now I have 4 washes left and one extra for registering card online that I can not use. I am out $62.15 and will call customer service to see if they can replace wash & Go card with a gas card.

One of the worst car washes in toronto.the amount of soap was close to zero the water couldn't even wash the negligible amount of soap used.

The gas attendant name is **Prudhvi** Around 7: 30 am I went to this location to get gas. I don’t like to come to this location because the attendants who work here are rude and difficult. I will explain why. Haha I usually go to the petro on Kennedy and progress, I recommend that one which is nearby to it. I asked the attendant if he could unlock the gas pump in front of the entrance, he said it could not be done and all the pumps are prepaid. That’s a lie because i have had it done before at this location by another attendant not long ago. He then had me wait by ignoring me. Worst service I had at Petro. There are other gas stations like Esso that I might start going to instead, just to avoid this problem in the future because I don’t like prepaying. I believe I should have the choice don’t you?

Why do Petro Canada employ rude people like "Seyed" @ 2320 Lawrence Ave E, Scarborough, ON location? I purchased a Petro 90 days car wash, and whenever I go to wash in this location in the afternoons, this car wash always being closed. I went inside today, July 05,2023, @ around 09.00 p.m, to know why this location has been closed, but the employee "Seyed" was behaving like a thug and didn't answer me; instead, he said I had already answered the other guy the same thing and just left his seat ignoring my repeated question. Then I brought my phone from the car to record his rude answer/behaviour to submit to the Petro Canada office, I repeated the question hoping he would answer this time, but he called the police @ 911 to threaten me and tried to complain as I videoed him; yet he forgot his location continue to monitor everyone coming inside including his rude behaviour. He also said I didn't purchase the card from him, so he didn't want to answer me or answer what I purchased from Petro Canada. I going to forward the recorded video to Petro Canada for necessary action.
