Petro-Canada & Car Wash

The car wash service is a joke. After the wash, I noticed significant scratches on the hood of the car that were not there before. When we spoke to the manager about it, they refused to take responsibility and insisted the scratches were already there. I'm really disappointed with the lack of accountability and customer service. It's frustrating to see a business unwilling to address and rectify the damage caused during their service. Don't use the car wash here if you value your car.

If you have any problems, know that the manager will not provide a solution for it.

Car wash left many scratches on my car.and they didn't find any solution about it. If you don't want your car to be damaged, do not use this car wash. If you don't want to go crazy, don't come here. Also the manager didn't want to make a deal as Petro Canada customer service. Terrible place I don't offer this station to anyone.
