Petro-Canada & Car Wash

Robert was a complete disgrace to the term CUSTOMER SERVICE. I went in because my car wasn't washed properly. He told me that it is my car's problem. Totally disrespectful. Called me Bullshit for saying that the wash didn't work as intended. No one in a customer service role should be yelling at a customer. Garbage service. Never going back to this station.

So far, this is possibly the worst Petro Canada Wash station I have visited. On a Sunday evening this January, I had to wait for almost over an hour for my turn and even after that unbearable test of patience, the wash was not anything out of the world (may be I shouldn't even expect it to be)! The driveway seemed to have become a skating rink at one of the places, and I also saw a poor guy stuck there with his car, while waiting for his turn for carwash. Isn't it a basic expectation from the authority to at least keep the driveway clean and salted during the winter months? Well, I will try not to go back to this place anytime soon!

CAR WASH
I am the annual subscriber of Car Wash at Petro Canada.
Recently, I moved to this place and nearest Car Wash is this location.
But my last 3 visits were not satisfactory.
The usual scene at this car wash is 10-12 car in line up.
One wash takes 5-6 minutes. So, minimum waiting time is 50-70 minutes.
Who has such an ample amount of time for car wash!
Stopped going to this location.
Please increase the wash stations or display time online for car wash.
CUSTOMER SERVICE
Customer Service is below standards. The guys at cash are so high and have a notion of favouring us.

Worst car wash place. Old grumpy guy should be fired. He’s very rude and disrespectful. He doesn’t help out at all! The poor guy in front of me was holding up the line because his card wasn’t working and he had to ask others for help cause that grump wasn’t helping out customer! Painfully long wait times!

This is the perfect place to wash your car, if you have a lot of patience. On the dark side, it takes forever to wash one car, but on the bright side, there are usually eight cars waiting before you. When you decide to leave and go to Northfield instead, you will find that two new cars arrive behind you, so you have no way to back out.

What happen to great customer service at your gas station? I had a cash wash problem with the app and held up a long line up. It was my turn next. I couldn't get out of the line and went into the store to ask for help. The older gentleman named Robert was rude and very unwilling to assist. I told him I had difficulty with app and I was holding up the line. He said he can't do anything. Another customer helped me out instead. Robert should not be in customer service. He doesn't make your store customer friendly. I called to get the manager 's name and he gave me a talk down regarding how I should have the app working and that he did the correct thing. IN not helping me out.
Instead a customer in the lineup took pity on me and helped me out with his card. Pls terminated that rude man. He should not be in front desk customer service. By reading your other post he doesn't make your gas station very friendly to visit.
