Order one thing, but receive another. Staff poorly understands customer request. Have to repeat several times and still got it wrong.

This location says they don’t have gas today yet sign shows 160.9 then put 0000 so people don’t waste there time coming to your location bad service

8 pumps with 2 diesel. Car wash. RBC atm. Firewood, ice and propane. Small and cramped feeling convenience store.

Ever since that they upgraded their car wash it's been great, clean car every time, I'm very impressed, just make sure that you beat the line up, no rails, just drive right in

Great touchless car wash with some generous hours (but not 24/7). In my opinion, it is much softer / less harmful to the car’s paint than the touchless at Dufferin / Hwy 7 and Bayview / Hwy 7 locations. No conveyor unlike those locations too!

Recommend coming first thing in the AM when there are little to no cars. Gets filled up during the day!

Purchased car wash but it's closed. Asked attendance for refund but did not get it. As per attendance whatsoever i purchasing outside from the pump its not his responsibility. Nonsense. Offering services and not providing.

Thank you Petro Canada and the owner for keeping a clean and open washroom at this location! It makes it easier for us who are driving around for work to get supplies and relief.

NEVER EVER PURCHASE GIFT CARD FROM THIS LOCATION! Purchased $250 gift card, and the credit has been stolen two minutes after I purchased this card!

Their employees are really rude! They don't want to check my lottery tickets! They only sell them but they don't want to have obligations to inspect my ticket, what a terrible experience! I would never again to visit this Petro Canada store! Or maybe all of the Petro Canada stores!

Needed gas on the way home service was good and no line up to pay.

Tried to buy cigarettes and they would not sell them to me because Im from alberta? They are not trained to recognised out of province drivers liscense ridiculous staff and manager.

The person over the counter at May 27 2019 at9: 45 was the rudest, impolite and totally distasteful person to work here. He needs to learn some respect before being put in a counter to serve customers. Totally disgraceful

Got a car wash realized when I get home a lot of streaks and a poor job done. Super works not so super at all. Horrible customer service.

Good car wash. Underside spray is too short and dryer a but too long. Lineup can be a bit ridiculous on certain days. Wash is 4 out of 5.
Rated 1 star because pumps were on prepay when I visited (Saturday evening).

Each car takes 5-7 minutes to wash.a sign would be nice for those coming on their lunch break. Would be completely pointless for me to ever return here.

Was refused for the Car wash by Shavik, VERY SLOW CARWASH Tunnel AND SERVICE ON THE STATION.

This station is famous for slowest ever car wash. Each car wash takes 5 min and sometimes there are from 5 to 10 cars waiting in the lane. Just do the math.
What is the most disgusting about this place that it runs by some people who truly thinks they own Petro Canada brand. They extremely rude and not customer friendly.
Long story short. I came yesterday (January 24th, 2019) for car wash at 10: 30PM. Lane was already closed (far entrance to the lane) and three cars were waiting (3x5min=15min).
I went inside and asked the guy why is it closed? No clear explanation. He started telling me that by the time all cars in the lane will be washed it it will be 11PM.
I exited from the shop and noticed that another entrance to the lane is open (usually it is closed with chain) so i went through this entrance and started waiting for my turn.
Guy jumped from the shop, started screaming and pulling the driver's door handle (he wanted my car - ok, be my guest), took pictures of me, car, license plate (like I stole something from him) and then put cone in front of my car demonstrating that I can't get car wash even if my turn happens before 11PM.

I will call to head office and file official complaint.
Please everybody who experienced this "premature closure" issue do the same. We have to fight for our customer's rights together.

I didn't appreciate the service I got. The lottery machine is broken, the staff refused to teach how to play lottery citing OLG rules. Excuse me? They don't have enough stock for beef jerky. I asked, nobody has no clue when next shipment arrives. One compliment, using washroom is free!
