Yuvraj is a sterling example of what excellent customer service looks like and an asset to Petro-Canada as a whole! I came into this location because of a low tire but did not have any change for the tire inflator. I planned to use my card to get the two dollars for the machine when Yuvraj gave me two dollars without even asking me to swipe my card! This kind of client care is rare these days!

This morning the tire inflator machine was broken but there was no 'out of order' sign so it took my money and didn't work.
The young woman behind the counter literally said to me, "So what do you want me to do about it? ".
I said I wanted my $2 back. She, unpleasantly, took out a toonie from the till and threw it on the counter.
This place has gotten a lot of $ from me for gas and washes, but no more. It's not the first but just the worst of the bad customer experiences I've had here.
(Edit: I just called them- 3 hours after I was there- and they said the machine was still broken, and they hadn't put a sign on it. She said, "fine, I'll put sign on". I think it was the same person.)

Car wash misses spots every time (see photo of my car right after I exited the wash - don’t have this problem that other car washes).
Talked to Agents on two separate occasions and have never experienced owners who could care less about their business and customers.
Also much more expensive than other nearby washes And no one on duty to help except in the gas attendant booth.
Closest to my home, but I’m never coming back here for washes or fills.

I was in the area and needed a car wash for my very filthy car.
Car wash is your old school type and is NOT touch-less (if that matters). Car wash did not completely dry the car either and there was some soap left as well. Girl at cash did not seem friendly and attentive but anyway.

Be careful with the car wash. My beautiful enameled aluminum gloss black wheel has been scuffed like a deep curb scrape on the driver side where the equipment pulls. If on the other side I would blame my parking but I don't park on the driver side.

This is probably the worst Petro Canada in Town. Washrooms are locked cause someone didn't return the keys and this was over a week ago and they haven't done anything to fix the situation. Also the car wash station is always out of service and the whole place is run down and falling apart.to top things off the service here is terrible. They are completely indifferent to their obvious issues and treat their costumers like they are the ones with the problem, not them. Whoever is managing this location needs to get fired. DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU CAN AVOID IT.

Went yesterday to get gas just before 10pm and they were closing up. Mind you the close at 11. I come to this gas station everyday. It’s disappointing when people (the clerk) are lazy and just want to close shop before there regular hours. If you need gas don’t go here.

Below avg car wash. Kind of old equipment still in use. Wouldn't recommend this one. East Mall-Queensway is far better.

The wash is poor quality compared to many other Petro-Canada car wash. The soap/shampoo was thin white instead of the multicoloured ones. Most of the place looked old and worn out, including the wash machinery and the washing fabric. The car was not dry, water all over the car, had to manually cloth dry myself. Hope they improve.

How anyone could give a good review of a gas station with one employee that does nothing but take our money is beyond me.

Never wash your car here if you want to keep it intact!
Terrible customer service. Bought superworks and washed my car here 2 days ago, the rear view cover got off during the wash. Didn't notice at the time. Called the station as soon I noticed it, the employee promptly replied no without even checking for it. Drove down there, requested multiple times to check for it, she finally went to the washing room, came back with nothing. I asked her for manager/owner contact, simply refused to provide it.

Please please stop asking if I want a car wash (especially when it’s raining) or if I want pop, chips gum or lottery tickets.
