Petro-Canada & Car Wash

The workers are purposefully unhelpful and condescending, especially to women. Since the system has been down we have had nothing but trouble using our season pass car wash.
I wish people would avoid using this location so that they get the message that their customers’ satisfaction is actually important!

I never thought I'd rate a gas station, but here it is.

Staff is rude and unprofessional.

One employee refused to sell me cigarettes even though I had two pieces of ID showing my age.

Came in a second time attempting to buy cigarettes and the same employee refused, saying our debit reader is down. I then said I'd pay in cash and he said the register was down as well. (It wasn't, he served people right after me.)

Today I came to pump some gas, although it appeared they were getting a refill. When I tried to approach the koisk, the same employee who refused to sell me cigarettes waved me away from the door.

I've had issues with a female employee here as well. Will stand on her phone texting at the desk while people are waiting in line. When you try to get her attention she will tel you wait until she is finished.

This location is run by and employs a group of self entitled people.

I just came in the Petro now. Obviously an indian girl at the cash. I pay for my gas on pump #5 and went back to scan my Lottery ticket. She takes it and busy on her whatsapp texting away while i am infront waiting. I ask back for my ticket. She hand it back to me. I said " am not sure if you are at work but doing your own personal business is very disrespectful with a customer in front of you" she has the nerves to turn around and said dont be rude am doing something. She really think i would argue 2ith her. I have way more class. Am a professional woman. It take the a lot to hold a convwrsation with certain people. If i could give zero i would.

I came 300 mud street west stoney creek, I was here for my car wash and car wash screen doesn’t show any thing, I went to store and ask help from aziz who work night shift. He was rude. He does not know how to answer customer. He said he could not come outside and help me, Terrible customer service. I asked more questions about car wash, he was angry on me shouting me and said you are not my manager.
I will sure complain about him to top management.

Bought vaping cartridges at this gas station for my dad. Very fast and happy with provided service.

Car wash ripped my rear wiper off and says he has footage of it falling off and won’t show GUILTY, taking my business elsewhere!

Got a luxury car wash and my vehicle is still dirty from the driver side I asked if I could get a rewash to get the dirt off and I was told they don't do rewash. What a waste of my money for a so called luxury wash.

I'd never take time to make a review for a gas station but this location has given me problems twice already in a short period of time. And it was the same gas attendant as well. It has cost me time in my travels as I drive far for work. This person has tried putting words into my mouth in both occasions saying I said this and that and agreed to things asked which I didn't. Both times happened around lunch time weekdays.

Pathetic customer service and rude workers especially the lady who works in the evening. She has no manners how to talk to a customer. I wish I could give ZERO starts.

They wouldn't let me use my season wash pass because I didnt purchase it from there

Meanwhile I use it everyday at differant locations all the time.

Poor Customer service, the lady working on shift was rude and don't know how to behave with customer.

Everything seems alright. The guy who was working during my visit (Aug 02,2019 around 10pm), he was also very attentive and helpful. Also they installed new hose with latch (to lock lever while fuelling) which is very rare thing nowadays. Thanks!

It does what you need it to do. Get gas and use the washroom if you need to and buys snacks for your trip. Prices are more expensive than the grocery store but it will do in a pinch.

Even though the prices are out of whack it's a clean facility, well-run, clean store and clean washrooms.

Zero stars. This is what their car wash has done to my new car on Jan 8,2019 and they refuse to compensate me. The metal hook was found in one of the brushes demolished the body, tail lights, rear window. Owner of 6 of these Petro-Canada Gas station, Ahmed Iffikar is rude and cheap. Horrible experience!

At around 7: 30 pm on February 2nd I went in to get some water and gum. I had to wait a few minutes for the cashier to finish his text before he even greeted me. No apologies or anything. What kinda customer service is that?

The quality of the fuel is good (ultra 94). Staff friendly and the store area is always clean. The gas is cheaper if you fill up early AM.
