Petro-Canada & Car Wash

I came at 1 o clock jan 30th. I have been waiting for 10 minutes even knock the door several times but nobody responded.
Very disappointed poor management. Somebody should keep check on the employees.

Car wash is always broken and when it is in service, it still does not clean your car. The attendants that work here are all rude. Complaining to the owner does nothing as they are all family or friends.

Car wash is garbage. Got the highest wash and my truck came out dirtier than when it went in. Waste of money and time

Is there a zero star. Apoor customer came to wash his car. A Very professional gentleman, car wash did not work so the lady at gas station scolded him to come inside to see her. He came and asked very politely that what happened, represented mahek I guess started very rudely, you cannot wash here, don't come back to this wash, you don't know how to park. The gentleman was lost that what she was saying. He said "okay so I stopped where the machine told me to and then the machine stopped after 1 minute or so" she again yelled at him " No, you made a mistake so now your wash is gone". The gentleman said it's okay calm down if the wash is gone, but why you are confronting me infront of all the other 6 or 7 customer. The genlemthen let me pay for my gas and the lady was keep going to the individual that you should admit your mistake. Guess what, another customer came and complained same about the car wash and she yelled at that lady as well. The customer repeatedly said your car wash stops and doesn't even dry the car. The petro lady said" mam, I don't know, it's not my problem. "

She then thought all customers are looking at her and printed a wash voupon for the gentleman. The gentleman said its okay and left the gas station. I found he handled very well despite she was rude and confronting him infant of everyone.

I had nothing to do with this transaction but believe me, horrible service. I am never visiting this pump again.

Very rude behavior. Application is mot working for car wash is not customer problem its petro canada have to take care of their customers i show them my physical card and it not working they checked in the sytem its loaded with points and car wash its still not convinced them and not gave me normal car wash. Very rude guys. Same guys gave me car wash tickets but today they dont gave me tickets. Seriously man they know everything but no they dont want to help at all.

I love car washes, they are very calming and exciting to see each different one. This car wash was a yes for me, it had a equality soap aka colourful soap. It first started off rinsing the car with water, then white soap, then went over top with a beautiful rainbow of soap which is obviously a yes for me. I love fun colours and especially in car washes. Moving on. The reason I didn’t make this a 5 star is because at the end of this great car wash it didn’t have the best drying cycle. Left our car wet in not even a lot but most spots, and left the front and back area dripping with water. Other than this specific issue which isn’t a necessity to be fixed but it should (if you want the extra star) I would say this car wash is a yes for me!

Petro on Mcleod is scamming people saying they are out of regular grade gas but you can conveniently pay the premium price for premium gas. It's crazy that no other stations are out of gas yet a station in the busiest area of Niagara Falls just so happens to be out of the most frequently used gas grade. Don't trust the lies they are peddling. If they are out of gas boycott them until they get regular grade. This is unethical and fraudulent. If you can't sell regular grade gas at regular prices then it's your ethic duty to take the hit and sell the premium at regular-grade prices till YOUR problem is resolved. It's not up to Niagrians to pay for your negligence.

I was regular customer. Give them every year more than 20k business. Girl her name amrit she is very rude with lot of attitude. I was using vacuum there i put 2.50$ and vaccum.was not working. I went inside i told her everything. She said dont come here if you have problems go anywhere else.

Prabh one of the rude cashier, don’t know how to deal with problem, the car was closed and I asked for the ticket and she said I need card to swip but I didn’t had my card I lost it and I applied for new one. After all this, still she refused me to gave me ticket and because of that I lost my one car wash.bad service at all.

Carwash will chew up an hour of ur time waiting. Only 3 cars ahead and it took way to long. Never again!

Do not buy their seasonal car wash pass for $209
You dont get your turn atleast for 50 mins
Sometimes their washing machine not working properly

Stopped for gas. Was only customer who had a mask on. I asked why he did not say anything to other customer. He didn't care said what can I do. I won't be back.

Staff is pretty rude but hey, they work at a gas station. So did I, but at least I tried to have some kindness. However! The car wash is good, but the wait is a killer! I know touchless takes longer, 4-6 minutes a car, which is the sacrifice you’ll have to take not wanting the soft brushes on your paint but blahhhh! You could be sitting here for 30-60 minutes at times!

They really need the owners to invest (1-1.5 million that is) on another one in town or even in the region. This is the only touchless one that belongs to Petro Canada. There’s another touchless but it’s at the Canadian Tire in St Catharines.

But man! Business is good but painful if you’re the customer.

If you check out the pictures. Red car at the end was at 11: 02am. I left for a coffee came back 3 cars behind the red. In the second picture the red is now finally making it to the door to go in next, it’s 12: 24pm. 1: 22 min wait

The guy working tonight was not good, asked me to find the free ticket and the free ticket was dirty because of Hand sanitizer he didn’t allow me to wash, I find another one which was received on January, it couldn’t be read I don’t know why, I used the car wash season pass for many years never happened like tonight. The terrible thing was the guy threatened me to call police so I had no choice but wait. There was a long line following me, he didn’t care their feeling at all. The manager should fire this guy!

I'd bet my money for this car wash.too good i'll say best in town car wash, wont mind waiting even 30 mins its worth that.

The Best car wash in townabsolutely worth waiting in a line-up! Super friendly staff and so many choices in store. Vaccum and air pump as a bonus. My Go to stop FOREVER!

Touchless car wash works well, but is painfully slow. One car at a time, 5-6 minutes per car. This location is simply too busy for this system and the car wash is regularly backed up 5+ cars most of the day and into the late evening. Hard to get good use out of a season wash pass here unless you’re prepared to spend lots of time in line waiting and waiting and waiting.

Dont have a proper behaving staff and not willing to explain the issue properly. Just being rude

Car wash was excellent.but vacuum machine is not reading the barcode from Mobile app. Then I called for assistance one of the supervisor (I think he is from India) talk to me very harshly. He told me the barcode from mobile app only giving for compliments. It cannot use to vacuum machine. Only for washing.

Staff is behaving very rudely. No respect to the customers. The staff named Qasim refused to give Petro-Canada Car wash coupon for the seasonal pass holder as the car wash is under maintenance. He behaved badly to me as well as to an old lady who came before me regarding the same matter.

Car wash waits are unreasonably long. Waste of money buying a season pass here. I asked attendant to give me a ticket to use later so my day wash doesn’t go to waste, but got a simple No answer. Who is going to wait 12 cars x 7 minutes each wash on Christmas Eve. Wash your car elsewhere

So I love to save and I have the petro points card so everytime I buy gas, I earn points (free gas or a car wash) and I love when I get something back, who doesn't?

Rude and lazy staff. Not a big surprise though with these foreigners! Wont say I wont be back because I will but i will treat these idiots the same way they treat me for now on.

Petro-Can is by far one of the best places to go for your fuel and for whatever else you need. No matter where you go throughout North America, Petro can will always be there for you! I highly recommend this place!

I like this location for its convenience. The only downside is that there is always a line up when I go and people are really aggressive!
