Petro-Canada & Car Wash

Worst customer service. I went there last Thursday evening, the lady working there was super rude and ignorant.

It is bit cheaper to pump petrol per litre in this area of London, Ontario since this is a low-income area of the city. However, getting out of here is hard with heavy traffic during rush hour on broad daylight. Their RBC (Royal Bank of Canada) ATM has limited amount of cash, and sometimes comes in $50 to $20 dollar bills. Almost no $5, $10 or $100 dollar bills unless you go to the RBC on Dundas Street. I go to the RBC ATM at the Royal Bank of Canada across from Masonville Mall near the East Side Mario’s Italian restaurant. It has all the Canadian bills from $5 to $100 dollar bills. They have the RBC ATM inside Masonville Mall near the Build-A-Bear that has all the Canadian dollar bills than Petrol Canada on Trafalgar Street and Clarke Road. The only good side is their few cents off petrol per litre while you go to the Masonville or the wealthy area of London, Ontario is more expensive. Their ATM needs more $100, $5 and $10 Canadian dollar bills and that is the nearest ATM for me in that area just 2 kilometres away from me. Don’t buy their gift cards as they don’t work sometimes just go to any Shoppers Drug Mart for gift cards especially the one across the street passed the Tim Hortons.

Little crowded, only due to prices being pretty fair or cheaper than EOA.
CAR WASH is okay, but not open atm? Doubting if I should risk going through now.

Employees are completely disinterested in offering customer service and claim they are not responsible for the rarely working car wash

Left the carwash after paying for a super works wash, got out of my truck at walmart and theres dirt everywhere, called to inform them and was told I cannot get refund or rewash because Its been 25 minutes

Worst gas station ever. I was there last night (5/10/2020). I tried to tap my season pass.it was not accepted. I went to the pump guy he had no idea what is wrong with the machine after that i tried to use visa card this card was also declined i even used coins it worked first time. So, i tried to use coins again the machine took all the coin but the vacuum machine was not working. Worst experience ever

Friendly staff but car wash is broken more often than not. Very inconvenient if you've purchased a season pass and this is the location nearest you.

Long waits, always busy but tend to always be a couple cents cheaper. Good luck using Petro points.it's like pulling teeth with the staff

I have bought a few Petro Canada gift cards over the years here. Funny how I use one and the clerk tells me there is zero balance even thou I have a receipt stating otherwise. Yet I use my gift card at another Petro Canada and have no issues. Poor trained staff.

The attendant kept asking me to stop texting while pumping gas and halting my pump. I tried to explain that's not how technology works but I put my phone away so I could just finish and leave. He proceeded to lecture me through the pump speaker while i was filling up the entire time even when I asked him to stop, I will never return here.

Horrible and disrepectful employees will never do biz with a petro again. Because of it cause clearly the owners just hire anyone and dont realize they are running it into the ground.
Enjoy being discriminated against if you visit and expect nothing but disrespect from staff and a dirty store to top it off. There is so much mold in the drink section id never buy any of the products as they dont meet health and safety i will ne contacting the proper authorites with the health issues i counted in the 10 min visit i was there

Make sure you pre pay when u pump on pump 3 or it will charge you premium when you select regular and the guy that runs the store will tell you to haing up the pump then hell look at it when u ask why you only got 8 leters for $10 at 97cents per leter. Then charge you 1.24 instead because you hung up the pump and now have no proof of the gas grade you selected.

Its ok but the cashier is usually slow and lots of times there is a line up. Other then that its pretty good.
