Petro-Canada Gas Station & Petro-Pass Truck Stop

Place is a mess, trucks backed up everywhere because 3 islands have broken nozzles

Big parking and available spots. Nice calm place to sleep. Morning Staff at the Tim's were super nice

Horrible. Slow and nit accurate. If it was pizza, 30 minutes or free. Tim Hortons walk in and wait for 30 minutes for a bagel and English muffin. Embarrassing

This Petro pass manager mr.mayank is very rude. We are team driver he treat so trouble we just need shower after fulling gas’s in my truck around $1700. And he also don’t care about any complaints thats way my couple of frnds they just rest here or take not fill the gas on that location.
My experience was very very bad On this location. He very tuff manager.

Pumping Fuel is a Pain You cannot fill both Tanks at the same time, who made this decision needs to be shot

Very Bad Card Readers, They're still previous century old school managers where you can find def pumps separately besides and before the diesel pumps. Feels bad

They need to hire some actual people that work, I'm really tired of stopping here to find out there's no clean showers, when they don't really clean them to begin with, guess I'll stop buying fuel here

First nd last shower here, not meet to Canadian standards and others petro stations, incredible, no towels, no bath soap

Sooooo went here and not one level 3 working. No where did they mention unavailable/ not working. Very disappointed

Had some old discount cards that weren't working at the pump. Went inside & guys got them working in seconds. Thanx!

Whats up with the Maze of concrete Curbs in this parking lot and driveways.its the most ridiculous thing ever.

The staff here are extremely rude and unhelpful.the washrooms are unclean all the time.the food here has a stale taste to it.the pumps are horrendous. Card reader always takes up to 20 swipes to work.

This place has the most disgusting washrooms.their coffee tastes like someone sweat in it.the staff is arrogant and i Avoid this location at all costs!

A rather quiet gas station with an A&W, and Tim Hortons nearby. I wouldn't necessarily choose this over an On Route. It's in the middle of nowhere that's near the 401. It's a little bit aways, that's a bit of a better alternative to a more busy On Route.

Staff are aggressive they complain to your company if you park your truck improperly when it always full and no parking, even it's designe is wrong because you've to park from a blend side not from your side, trucks park here just for Tim Hortons not for Petro Pass even that one is busy and you've long line to order when the staff are slow.

Great stop! Wide open very nice gas station and bathrooms. For sure I'll make this a regular place to stop at.

Best place to stop on 401 huge truck parking space.their is A&W and tim hortans if you do not like gas stations coffee. Their is 5 clean showers better than many truck stops.yes definitely recommendable place for truckers.moreover, i have not seen any contruction inside or outside no waiting for shower.i dont know how people always find an excuse to complaint.i have uploaded the pictures you can see the difference.

Nice alternative to the On Route stations. Many rows of pumps and they all have diesel. Well stocked and clean. Excellent convenience store. Service is good. A&W and Tim Horton’s on site. Nice clean washrooms.

5 Level II charging stations. A very good station.

Definitely a great alternative to the En Route stops. Enormous station with many rows of pumps. Diesel is available at every pump, so no waiting. A very large convenience store. Has a couple of fast food places on site if that's your thing. Washrooms are excellent as well. Has several Level 2 charging stations if you have an electric car or plug-in hybrid. Kudos.

Convenient easy on easy off hwy 401 exit 199. Tim Hortons and A & W restaurants on site with dining rooms open.

The store itself is good. But the diesel station is horrendous. Pumps are painfully slow. Card reader usually takes up to 20 swipes to work. Squeegee is broken 9 times out of 10.

Great place to take a break. However, be sure to get a receipt at the pumps even if your card is excepted, or they'll call the cops on you! I fueled up no problem and drive off, only to get a call from the police an hour later! I'm not the only one is happened to either.

Tim hortons, A&W restaurants, well stocked store, clean bathrooms, driver showers. Lots of truck parking, diesel fuel and truck scales available.

Very clean I stopped by very often Tim Horton hired new employees at cashier look like every other week

Large variety of shops and services available at this stop. It is very clean and I respect the commitment to keeping everything organized in there store.

Everything good please everyone tell petro to put towels and soap in showers if you using their showers you need to leave fuel receipt or fuel card at counter to get key for shower and unlock the front door with fuel card nothings in the shower I don’t understand what they are trying to protect.

Never have receipt paper always told at the end to go inside to ask cashier for one. What the heck change the roll of paper.

Still new location on a nice lot and still fairly clean,
showers readily available most times all staff are nice and helpful.
Some trucking companies (Mackie malwa and Georgian freight lines) not Petro customers but parking taking customer spots and doing trailer switching here at night while drivers are trying to sleep and rest. Lots of trucks parking in driveway area blocking fire route.

I usually fill my truck in the U. S.because better incentives and you can run both pumps at once. In Canada is awful for these things. This particular Petro-Pass is garbage. After fueling you can only get a free coffee (why would I with Tim Hortons there), or a free shower (must be used in 24 hours). Petro-Pass doesn't have a points card for truckers. And most of these 401,402 truck stops are East Indian owned and/or operated. Which means I'm dealing with annoying East Indian cultural-clash. The twisted aftermath of globalization and economic hegemony, Trudeau's sick agenda for Canada, alongside corporatists. Anyway, I'm worked up. I'm just not gonna stop here anymore.

Walked into the store at 4: 50am stood around for at least 5mins, no one behind the counter or anywhere to be found.
