Number 1 worst shower at this site from last few years
Very less space in the shower, there is nothing to put your shower accessories,
When i ask to the lady, if she can provide me a any small table so i can drop my duffel bag, she advised me to put it on toilet tank
What a joke

Night time staff behavior not good I ask him name he give navpreet he is rude and bad behavior and washroom was not clean.

Though a constant little trouble at the pumps every time we visit this location but service by staff is exceptional. Special mention to brother ‘Jassa’. Simply; service with smile and always ready to help beyond the bare minimum. Keep up the good work my friend.

Excellent plenty of parking right across the street from Tim Hortons Harveys / Swiss chalet right there as well with convenient store for snacks!

Why Petro-Canada cannot allow Trucks to refuel both Tanks simultaneouly it's so time wasting, ask any Truck Driver is such an hassle, very stupid idea! In USA nowhere does that, and no accident was ever reported for fueling both Tanks simultaneouly

Shower never working, always waiting for plumber to fix the shower,

but there fuel pumps are always working, been trucking for 7 years there shower never worked once.

Shame on you.

Like most petro passes, they are often hit and miss. The squeegee's are often to old and not in good shape, the fuel prices are always high in Canada in comparison to the USA. The station was created in the 80's by Pierre Trudeau purchasing them for Canadians to get cheaper fuel which of course never happened. Canada can do better. Very small stores with very over priced items that never sell due to the pricing. If properly managed from the top the place could compete with truck drivers, but truly it's not managed well. The main reason it gets business is due to fuel card programs and BVD does give obviously good returns to companies but grossly neglecting the drivers themselves. In a day and age drivers are forced to fuel trucks themselves for free as they're paid by the mile, you'd think they'd give them a coffee or a sandwich for purchasing $1k of fuel an average fill up for doing the job of gas station attendants for free.but of course not. Where companies like Love's in the USA realize this issue, Petro Canada or Petro-Passes fall drastically short with their points and programs for drivers themselves. No free coffee, no fresh food for their few barren stops and getting a shower is never simple at a petro for truckers as they require receipts and in winter the receipt dispensers are often not working. ImThe card systems state side are far better for organizing receipts that can easily be printed later, where here in Canada I find myself phoning or going in to get hand written receipts which could be questionable for tax receipts. It's obviously not up to proper standards in my opinion. But they're all the same. No true competition here just standard hubbub, but the staff aren't the problem. They try to keep the showers clean at least at the locations with shower facilities.

The lady at the counter was very rude and always said she has own poilices and rules.she dont know how to talk with customers.

Excellent customer service by the gentleman and lady. Both went out of there way to supply our work crew 12 case's of water and 8 case's of Gatorade.

Had Harvey's burger. Was good but of a cluster funk when drivers start to show up and park

Used to spend money here on gas and incidentals. Diesel pump was broken almost all the time, the dump station and potable water has been out of service for almost a year now.so much for RV's coming here to use the facilities.its a very dirty station and has gone downhill drastically. I will not spend my money here.

This place sucks, they always have problem with toilets and shower. So they closed all the time, the. They say plz go tim Hortons to use the toilets. Even their Harvey’s restaurant they close their kitchen 20-30 mints early before their closing time if you ask them they say their owner just paying them to closing time not after. Wow great service. For truckers this place worst.so plz be careful before refuelling here

This place is Desert in the oasis, great parking area. Safe & secure, nice showers.
Overall good place to stop after long drives

It makes me wonder Why truckstops in Canada employ only lazy people. Today when I went to get a shower not a free one (paid $10) I expected to get at least one towel but they are all dirty. There's 2 guys in the store at that time, one at cashier and the other one playing on his cellphone. Bravo petro.

The old lady on the front counter was the most rude and horrible customer service person I've ever met on the road.

Continually disappointed with this station. You just installed def pumps and you put them in backwards WTH? Never any parking and if there is squeegees at islands they are filthy

Very disappointed from staff.one old lady work in convenience store, she dont have manners that how to speak to costumers.

I'll never stop here again! They will not see another red cent from for anything! Guy was rude ignorant to what was going on with there so called driveway to which I was not blocking (in point of fact), he was trying to call the police on me (they never showed up) but once the truck beside me on the right left everything start flowing again.
Guy from inside was also stating he has been working there for two years he knows who is at fault! Well I had been going to this stop for 15 years and I'll repeat tou will never see another red cent from me and I'll be advising every other driver I know to never stop here again

It was the cleanest and best service I have ever experienced. I fully recommend going here if you are around.

All I can say is I will never return, I am very forgiving by nature, but this buisness is terrible

Easy in/easy out! Pay at pump worked flawlessly! Outside was really clean! I cannot attest to inside as did not go in!

Mal propre, pas assez de stationnement pour camion! Sa veut dire, donnez moi vos $$$$ en feullent et parter. On ne veut rien savoir des chauffeur (e) s / Durty, none andoff parking spaces for trucks! It mine, gave us your $$$$ but we don't care about drivers!

I will not be visiting this location any longer on my next trip up to Cochrane.

I was greeted with an employee who was not interested in having my lottery tickets checked or cashed nor cared at all about being there. When she finally did try to check them. Both ticket's winning $2 but only paying out $2 instead of $4 claiming she had left a toony on the table moments before, to which I replied that I had not seen her do so. She responded well someone took it!

Frustrated, I was in a hurry to leave,

I than decided to phone them back and requested to speak to the manager, shortly after speaking with him, I was assured that he would look into it asap and get back with me the next day.

It's been 4 days now and still waiting.

It's evident, both the employee and the manager need some retraining on how to deal with customers. If not, get another Job!

Place is a effing dump.need to call ahead if they have fuel or if the pumps are working. Driving a truck in this dump is easy but getting out is another story specially when trucks are parked right in the middle of the exit and drivers are either sleeping or in the restaurant. I will be happy when the other fuel stop opens up just around the corner where the old Husky used to be.

Gas price regular $1.48. When everybody is. $1.36 a liters that's crazy.never fuel back at that's place
