We drove all the way there from Whitby. Checked their site sooo many times before going. There was no wait but $21 or so, and a # oh all the swimming facilities are closed today# that's just ignorant and we have been going here for years! Please UPDATE your website for conscience to your customers
Great park with trails and cycle friendly paths near the lake. Ideal location for barbecues with a group. Ticket required but the price is reasonable. Well maintained. Good place to spend a weekend outdoors with family.
Beautiful huge park nice and spacious clean and well kept perfectly manufactured lawns Beautiful lakeside view can't do no wrong being there GO FOR IT!
Very nice place. We booked the lakeside area for a baby shower and had a great time. We had privacy and a very big space to ourselves. Got to play spike ball and Frisbee. Kods loved it when ice cream truck came.
We had a great time together with my friends last week. Clean surroundings for kids as well as adults. I strongly recommend this park for those who are looking for a family/ friends get together.
Hidden gem around Toronto. We visited when it was a lot of algae in the waters. Otherwise, the place is beautiful. The view of the power plant from the trails is fascinating.
Visited for the first time, it was not too busy, lots of picnic tables available and space. Washrooms open. The waterfront trail has cool views of the lake and access to the beach. Nice place!
I had a great experience at this location. It is a very nice place to go to for a picnic or a day at the waterfront. This place had a very good view of the water as it was very clear and you can also take some nice photos there. If you are planning to go here make sure to pack mosquito repellent as there were so many mosquitoes in the area. Overall a nice place.
Pricey option for the facilities and location. Limited parking. No beach access. Everything fairly far apart. Great view and close to the city. Better options more eastward.
It's a great place to bring the kids to cool down. The food is a bit pricy but all in all a great place to be. It's also a conversation so you can have BBQ's and picnics. Also with great hiking trails.
I totally love this park. The pool is amazing and it’s pretty clean. The washrooms and change rooms are ok, but at least you have them. You can BBQ on the park grounds, but not inside the allocated area of the pool. The best thing to do is pack sandwiches and set up right inside the pool grounds. You will have access to a green area with shade and you are close to the splash park and washrooms.
Nice to have a place for my grandson to play around and for us to swim with nature all around. Not cheap 9 plus dollars to park the car and then 9 to swim.lots of camps but I'm used to noisy children. Once in while ok
It would have been nice if during our family BBQ we didnt have the presence of police monitoring our every move like we were committing a crime. At 8 o clock the park has to be cleared. FYI
