The staff here are amazing.
I was having a unique problem related to feral cat caretaking and rescue; the staff member recommended Feline Natural food for me, which not only ended up being an excellent solution to my problem, but is now also my favourite cat food and has helped with many issues since then.
The staff member was sensitive to my situation as a volunteer and offered so much assistance.

The owners were extremely helpful and nice to my pup and I. The selection of clothing, treats, etc was reasonably large to where we had good options

Really nice costumer service and make sure you say hi to the cat they’re really friendly. Has a good variety of pet supplies.

This store carries so much variety related to all things pets! The owner was so nice and was able to answer any questions I had. Will definitely be returning for more dog treats.

The absolute best! The owners are lovely and super knowledgeable. Had to find a very specific toy for my pup and they remembered and put it aside for me.

Always my go-to when I need to restock on everyday basics or spend a bit more to spoil my pup. Everything is reasonably priced, the owner is super helpful, and they have a wide variety of toys, food, treats, clothing, and supplements.

I visit to this pet store only out of necessity as it’s close to where I live. The store is a bit of a mess, and the staff act like their customers are invisible. It’s a little bizarre. Don’t expect a greeting or even so much as a nod of acknowledgement when you enter the store even if the staff isn’t helping anyone.

We were walking by this store and we decided to go in to buy something for our dog. We found a great selection of stuff, but most importantly, the lady that was operating the store offered to help us and gave us a few suggestions. We are very happy with our purchase and can't wait to try it on our dog Alfie!

Great store, well stocked and the family that runs it is so nice. I can't recommend this store enough.

Amazing selections. Very friendly British shorthair cat in store. She greets you and rub her head against you the moment she saw you. All stars goes to the cat.

I meant to give them a review in 2020 when everything was locked down. I called and asked if they had a dog stroller, which was really hard to find at the time, they had one left and kept it on hold for me. I picked it up. Even though I wasn't allowed in the store (lockdown regulations) the young man was helpful in showing me what was available food wise. Thanks to them my sick dog got his stroller and tasty snacks. Very grateful for the customer service.

The only way to describe the owner/staff is rude.

I don’t understand now anyone could treat customers the way you did - completely ignorant.

Dropped in to Petview today and the chap behind the counter was super helpful. Lots of quality choice too for those with discerning dogs and owners.

There's a dog there who greets you, her name is Wendy. She's old and friendly, really made my day seeing her. Just for that 5/5 customer service. The store owner was also friendly and helped me choose cat food given my input of my cat's needs. Will definitely go back!

The lady working at the store was extremely helpful, they have a great selection of products and was extremely appreciative of the fact they kept a large selection of the chilly dogs jackets in stock in all sizes.

This cute family owned business has an extensive inventory of anything you can possibly need for your pet (s). They are super nice and always helpful giving knowledgeable advice and suggestions! This is my little puppy’s #1 store to visit. He is a 3.5 pound long-hair Chihuahua and they have a gorgeous selection of clothing that actually FITS HIM and he loves wearing them!

Our favourite! It's squishy in there but they have lots of great products and they're super helpful and nice to my pup.

My favorite pet store in Downtown Toronto (how many pet stores have goth chandeliers). It has everything you would want in a box store packed into a city space. I love the fact that you can get helpful pet related advice for your cat or dog and great recommendations.

I wanted to like the place because generally I prefer supporting smaller businesses, but there has been a few flags that make me hesitant to recommend this place. Keep reading, dog owners!

First of all, the staff is friendly, funny and welcoming so this is one aspect I appreciate about this place. (Also thank you for giving my dog some treats!)

My issue is wrong/inconsistent information that they provided, in a few separate occasions (different people) this year:

- When I asked if they carry blue baffalo wilderness canned dog food (the only thing that worked well for my senior dog), I was told they stopped carrying the line because blue baffalo has been acquired by a big corporation, has lost its touch and has quality issues. It is understandable that they don’t carry everything, but if that’s the reason why did I still see adequate supplies of blue baffalo in the cat aisle unless they had been sitting on the shelf for 3 years…?

- When I asked if they have Royal Canin Large Puppy dog food (they had Medium puppy in stock), I was told they stopped manufacturing Large and that I should just get Medium provided the only difference is the size of the kibbles and their ingredients are the exact same. Reality is, A) they still manufacture Large, and B) no, the ingredients are not the exact same. Puppy food for different sizes are formulated differently to support growth, and Royal Canin is not an exception. I confirmed this with the vet, and also confirmed on the website.

Again. It’s okay that they didn’t have Large in stock, but false information is not okay. I was skeptical of her claims and got a small bag of Medium as an immediate solution, but what if some customer not as knowledgeable about dog food ended up buying a bigger bag of Medium puppy and kept going back to you to get the Medium puppy kind, trusting what she said? That could negatively affect a puppy’s healthy growth.

- You told me that Orijen offers Frequent Buyer Program and Acana does not. This is also false and I learned so because Petvalu put me on the program with an Acana purchase - again, I also confirmed this with Googling.

I believe you definitely don’t have bad intentions, but when you don’t have an answer to your customers’ question, just stop talking or say you are not 100% sure. You have been around for years, you are a small business and people trust and look to your expertise - or at least to not be given false information. For that reason I’m not going back, not because your pricing and product availability is not as good as bigger retailers. I wish you the best of luck and I hope you take this feedback and be considerate of impacts of what you say to customers.

I love their service, every time I've been there total of about 5 times, I had amazing experience with staff there! Even gives out deal for can food if you buy in bulk! They have given me a lot of sample snack for my kitty which he very much enjoyed. I will be coming to this store very consistently

Not that bad of a place, it is very cramped up, enough room for a maximum of maybe 4 adults, a little on the pricey side depending on what your looking for.besides that, its not a bad place.

The BEST dog store in the GTA - abundance of products, food brands, toys, clothing, etc. Sunny and her staff are super thoughtful, knowledgeable on products, and customer service is top notch. I would not go anywhere else!

After having such an horrible experience at another pet store earlier today it was nice to go to petview on queen. The sales clerk helped me right away and was super friendly. He also gave me a little sample. Will be going here from now on!

Jonah is very kind and knowledgeable. Great selection - especially for quality foods. They even have a vet approved wet renal diet food for cats that isn’t subpar like Hills or Royal Canin. Love coming to this store! You’re awesome Jonah!

Petview is my specialty go-to store. They carry such a very wide selection of quality dog food, treats and accessories. Whatever you need, they have. Whatever they don’t have, they can order! The nice guy that works there knows his stuff, the service is incredible and they never force you to purchase anything, they only make suggestions referencing the questions you ask. Petview is my absolute go-to for my pet’s needs.

Petview is our local "Go To" for all of our dogs needs. I go to Sunny for all of our vet grade dog food, variety of the highest quality dog treats and bones, Canada Pooch Fall/Winter wear, RC Pets Harnesses, waist trainer leashes and vitamins & supplements. High quality products is something that's really important to us for our dogs, and I can always trust that Sunny has the newest of top quality products and she takes the time to educates me on her products. And if you're looking for something that may not be in stock, no problem Sunny has offered to order for us. Pet view is open all week, and even with COVID the store continues to offer street pick-up and shopping which has proven efficient. Highly recommend to give them a visit, and check out their upcoming fall/winter accessories!

Returns are fair and reasonable, this keeps me as a loyal customer.

The owner and staff are amazing. I have been looking for this exact dog carrier since July and I walked in the store today and they said the bag was meant for Gabriel. It was her birthday yesterday so a perfect gift. We are unwrapping it now. Food, shampoo. If they don't have it, they will order it.

Great service, and helpful staff but hours operation are inconsistent. I was told close is 7 pm, came back with my dog the same day before 6: 30 and the gates were locked. If the hours aren't the same daily, don't mislead customers. Our time is important too.
