I was looking for a dealership to have my 2017 ultra limited gone over as my warranty was nearing its end and also needed a proper 50000
Plus km service done. At the recommendation of a friend I gave you a call. Although I didn't purchase my bike here, I was treated very well from first call and follow up, to the service. Got my call that the bike was ready with zero hiccups, flexible pickup times and given I'd had recent surgery I really appreciated the staff basically loading and unloading my bike no questions asked. Even gave my bike a wash!
I've found my new home dealership, even though I'm north of barrie it's worth the drive. Thanks to all the staff!

I went in to get a service done and have my bike checked over because I bought it from a shop that missed the most simple things. They went over it and when there was still one open issue the service manager Tim came out him self and we went over it then move on to a new bike on the shop floor. It had the same issue. Tim then proceeded to give me all the contact info I need to get HD involved and showed me where to find all the info that they will want from the app, my phone and my bike. Just to make a comparison Durham HD just told me that the code takes time to clear and sent me on my way.
I was also there to pick up a screw so I can remove a mount that was added by the last owner. It had not come in yet so the parts n accessories leas Jamie offered to meet me some place close to where I work and just hand it off to me.
I tried to get this screw from Durham HD but the sold me the wrong screw. The gave me a socket head (SHCS) and all the others are the star (auto torque pan head) and charged me more then Pafaff wants for the correct one.

Well done Pafaff! Despite the drive from my home in Port Perry I will be back!

I found 2 keychains on Pfaff HD website that I couldn't find at any other HD dealership in Canada. The website stated free shipping. They charged me an additional $25 postage because I live in Alberta. I didn't think this was fair as I believe mailing something through the post office is the same rate within Canada. I am grateful that the dealership did ship the items, however, to charge me an additional $25 postage to mail two keychains? !? !

In reply to your response (2 days ago) as per our handful of emails regarding this $25 fee > I explained that I was prepared to purchase three items, well over your $100 threshold. I was advised "regardless" what I spent, I was going to be assessed an "internal" $25 fee because I lived in another province. My point of issue is I feel this $25 charge is discriminatory > as there was no extra packaging or extra postage required to mail two small keychains together within Ontario or to Alberta. Also mentioned in my emails, I could understand this fee being assessed if I lived outside of Canada where extra postage and perhaps customs paperwork had to be filled out. From my point of view, respectfully, I simply feel your $25 charge is discriminatory. Moreover, given none of your emails offered any suggestion to resolving the situation, I don't see a mutual conclusion to this matter > leaving us to agree to disagree.

I have recently purchased my first Harley from Pfaff and it was by far much easier then expected. My salesman Jonathan took care of every detail fast and efficiently. The friendly team lead by Todd is amazing. Parts department is highly organized and had my add ons in stock with many options available. The apparel dept was helpful and very knowledgeable about the custom sizes Harley offered. Only issue I had was to much to chose from. Anyone I know looking for a Harley will be directed to Jonathan and this amazing dealership. Thanks again

Pre-ordered a Sportster 48 and was told by David Wright that eta was May, left a deposit and waited. Contacted him close to the anticipated delivery timeframe and he would simply avoid me and NEVER once return a phone call or text. By August, I had gotten my deposit back (another nightmare) and went to Barrie HD, bought the bike I wanted off the showroom floor and had an amazing experience. Avoid Pfaff and especially avoid David Wright. It’s no surprise that almost every single 1 star review involves him. Guy doesn’t know the first thing about being in sales, it’s actually laughable.

PFAFF Harley did not disappoint. The team there was great and made my first motorcycle buying experience smooth and great. Jonathan in sales is a stand-up guy answering all my questions and responding in a prompt, timely manner. Couldn't have made the sales process easier. Jean-Luc in parts was fantastic in the way he walked me through all the part options for my new bike, got me exactly what I was looking for and worked along side sales/service to get them all put on and ready. The bike looks great, and fits me perfect now with my new seats & bars. Thank you Jean-Luc & Jon!

Great place to shop for everything Harley.
The staff was super friendly and welcoming.
Well stocked for merchandise (which is what I went there for) and the "save the tax" salewas an added bonus.
Dangerous place to visit with a credit card on hand. Make sure you take someone, who isn't into Harley's, with you to stop you from maxing out your card! I took home a bunch of stuff:)

Had my 2014 Trike in for its 80,000 km service yesterday (August 26) along with a replacement front tire and service related to codes indicating a cooling concern…. Tim, the technician, did an outstanding job in all areas and I especially appreciated him calling and keeping me appraised of the time and parts required, as well as his professional response to my many inquiries and addons…. This is the second time that I had work done by Pfaff on my bike and have been impressed by their professional approach and willingness to work around my schedule…Last year, Vickey did a great wash and detailing job on the bike and this time I was very impressed by the meticulous work Rebecca did to have it shine like new! Great staff and good place to trust with your Harley…. Many thanks

Had warranty work done at Pfaff Harley over the winter, wouldn’t go anywhere else. Jeff (Boomer) would always keep me updated on the progress of the work being done, Tom would take of all the paperwork needed to go through warranty, and finally Mike Jacobs the technician who worked on my bike did a amazing job. Chris Moore your guys did a amazing job…We’ll done.

Fantastic customer service from the service department, to parta to service. Had to have a back tire replaced through ESP whichbwas not in stock, 4 hours later they had found a tire through another dealer, had it delivered and installed same day. The staff worked together as a team to make this happen.

This place is very new. When you enter in Harley you’re in whole new world. You become a biker and that dream is of every guy who loves to ride and that is come true with a sales person. Yes a good brand ambassador like #Armando helped and guided me to get the sportster 883. He so knowledgeable and soft skill. The process was so smooth from ordering to regular monthly, then weekly updates. What a great experience.
I suggest if your buying a new or used Harley call Greg Katz, 5 stars are not enough of a congratulations for a sales professional that he is. I had a full store introduction of clothing and parts and service. The team responded amazing to my needs and very welcoming.
I picked up my New bike yesterday it was spotless and serviced and full of fuel.
I basically drove it out of the showroom. Greg was so patient educating me on all the new technology features on the Street Glide. I have been blessed to own a few over the years but this one is WOW!
Harley really nailed it with the new 107 and 114 big applause to Harley Davidson and their dealer Pfaff Harley Davidson Toronto. A definite 10 star model for all Hd dealers to follow.

Had my low rider serviced here recently. The service manager was in constant contact with me to ensure the work was done in a timely manner and to my expectation. Real happy with the overall result. I experienced a discrepancy with my billing because it was the end of the month and too many customers were picking their bike on the same day however the dealership controller personally handled the transaction. Thank you so much for your help Zahra:)

Utilize his place for motorcycle storage for the winter everything was fine very helpful great service excellent price the weather stated warmer temperatures for a week decided to ask them to prep the bike for removal cold swing hit had them hold it for an extra two weeks on site they started calling me urging me to pick up the bike took the bike home battery dead too cold don’t see why they could’ve held a little longer

Bought a harley from these guys back in 18. Sales Dept was great and most importantly the service department was outstanding whenever I brought my bike in. Jeff Bumanglag “Boomer” is incredible. An absolute harley master, dude knows the ins and outs of Harley’s like no one. Would put him up against any harley dealer service head in North America. I shipped my bike down to la and Jeff took care of my bike like it was his own. HIGHLY RECOMMEND JEFF and Pfaff if you’re in toronto looking to get on a Harley.

After purchasing my first Harley in July 2021 from a dealer just east of Toronto.it was clear immediately that customer service wasn't a priority for Harley. I had issues with the level of after-sales customer service when ordering parts and initial servicing. That was until I met Daniela (Dee) Piccolotto and her team at Paff. She took the time to listen and understand my concerns. She acted on my concerns immediately, followed up frequently and was completely transparent. She was able to have my concerns addressed. One of the best dealerships Iv been into, not the biggest but. I showed up here on a whim, out killing time prior to an appointment in N. York.
I was impressed when one of the staff @Pfaff came over as I was looking at the PanAmericans, he started explaining the bikes pro n cons (not many cons), not as a salesmen but as a rider, n it was a nice change from the usual salesmen trying to push a sale on you when you walk in the door. He spent 5 or so min just talking about the bikes performanceHe knew i wasnt buying it but said

Came for my 1600 check up free service like promised removed the ugly bowl from the wheel really happy.was promised free oil change for life to travel this far when there are closer dealerships to me but all of sales and associates decided that was an empty promise rest of the experiences were okay but I've been told family owned vrs corporate owned is a better experience less money focuses more customer experience based service was super friendly parts was also great even after a mistake with my exhaust went above and beyond to correct it and gave me 20 percent off a full exhaust for the mistake. All and all I'd say it was a 3 star experience.only saved semi by Todd as he did remove his second promise since all of sales was informed and came to the decision the oil change for life wasn't part of it. No big deal there is closer dealerships and my spring bike will not be like this hopefully somewhere else sales here is pay focused.

Final update Todd really helped fix everything was a dream to deal with and has great communication skills totally saved my experience and made up for all the mistakes in a prompt manner what an amazing guy. Thanks for everything and glad to be finally on the road!

Bought a helmet, no signs visible stating the helmet was final sale. Went back to exchange this unused helmet with stickers still on.as it was giving me a migraine when I tried it on at home. They then told me it’s final sale amd “go find some dummy to sell the helmet too”. On top of that they will lie amd say They told you it was final sale poorly trained management here. As you can see in the pictures from the helmet rack to where I paid there is no visible signage. Based on the owners response you can see the company is full of poorly trained liars. Stay far away from this place

Let me first point out that Mr. Bumanglad, the service lead does no justice to the service department. I found him to be rude and unsociable. Would it be so hard for him to at least acknowledge ones existance by saying good morning or even thank you. He just handed my bill to me without even explaining to me what was done. He would be better suited to work at Walmart in their warehouse away from any contact from customers.
On May 7th of this year I had my front and rear brake fluid changed on my 2010 Electra Glide only to come back less than three months later for them to remove the air in the rear brake line. I asked if this was a warranted job to which Mr. Bumanglad replied yes.
While waiting for this repair, I got them to replace the engine, transmission and primary oil since I was prepping the bike for winter storage. When the work was done, I paid and headed home.
Later that evening, I read the repair bill only to find that they charged me labour and brake fluid for the rear brake repair. (Where was my warranty?)
So basically, I paid twice for the rear brake repair that should have been repaired properly in the first place.ps, hey service tech Mike,
The next morning I checked my transmission oil level and the dip stick oil level was on "ADD"
Never again Phaff!

Picked up a 2021 sportster forty8, Dave and the whole team was great with making the pickup process and purchase easy and a great time.

Amazing staff good selection and a perfect experience gong could be bigger but it was amazing experience! Revisions delivery wasn't on time now I have to risk calling in sick on a day my boss knows I asked for a day to receive a bike or not take my m2 and receive the bike a week late which wouldn't be so bad with notice but the notice came the day before delivery. Great place just don't get your bike delivered.

Just purchased the 2021 Harley Revival. She is beautiful to look at and a dream to ride. I've named her Blu. We're heading out on our first long run, from Toronto to Nova Scotia next week. I've been riding for over 20 years, and the Revival is my fourth bike (second Harley). I expect she will be my last bike for life (although I'm keeping my 2008 Heritage Softail for booting around the city). Blu and I look forward to seeing you all on the road for many years to come! Thank you to everyone at Pfaff Harley Davidson who serviced all my needs. Just bought my first Harley from Phaff. All in all a great experience from start to finish. Brought my dyna for cam tensioners and a ticking sound from the top end. Was charged an extra hour just to be told they all sound like that. The bike is currently somewhere else having the lifters pulled because they found the problem.

Phaff Harley Davidson was very accommodating and helpful during the purchase of my 2021 Road Glide Special. The staff members are very knowledgeable and make sure you understand every aspect of the purchase in detail, including upgrades and accessories. Staff is not pushy at all and does not try to upsell you on more expensive models or parts. Overall an excellent experience and I would be happy to recommend their service to anybody in the market for a new Harley Davidson motorcycle!

You can always tell al lot about a dealership by how they treat you when you really need their help. Twice in 2 weeks, I had parts failures on my bike. First it was the bearings and then the brakes. Both times I dropped off the parts and Jeff made sure I was well taken care of. The first time it was done while I waited! The second time took longer to wait for parts and they did everything possible to get me back up and running quickly. Chris Fox has done a great job at moving towards a more customer centric parts and service model. Thanks for making the last ride of the season possible!

Awesome staff there. I had a great experience at Pfaff Harley. My sales representative was David he made my first experience buying a Harley a great one. I went to look at the bike I wanted and I wasnt pushed to buy. I had great experience with all the staff. I even got to pick up my new bike a day earlier. David made sure everything was ready for us to pick it up. I had a sit down with Kat and she helped me with the financial part of it all. I recently traded my 2019 bike for an Ultra Classic. I was treated with respect from the first contact via text, until I rode off the lot with my new to me Ultra Classic. I wish I had of done this sooner, first Harley.

Took my ride in to get a front end clunking sound looked at. They found the problem and made an adjustment to the steering head bearing and I was on my way again in reasonable time.

This is a fresh approach to customer service. Friendly staff, great selection of rides, gear, parts and the like. Service is straight up, honest and fair. NO B. S.just a great team that gets things done. Boomer and Chris have always treated me well and I trust them to look after my needs. Rueben has been awesome in sourcing out parts and accessories. Daniella helped me find my new ride and even drove me home saving me a huge taxi bill. What other dealership does that? My bike goes nowhere else. I've been screwed by other shops, just part of the lifestyle. What is rare is finding a dealership like Pfaff. They set the bar for all others to follow.
