I finally had to give up. Terrible customer service. No response to emails, messenger messages, or Instagram messages. Apparently the only way you can connect with them is by going into the shop. Sorry but it's not the 1970s anymore. What a disappointment but there's many places I can take my business

I just had a ring that had split repaired.seamless break, flawless work, great price, and friendly service.couldn't ask for more.

Emailed them regarding some business I had discussed while in the store. No response after a week so I emailed again asking if I had the wrong email address? Still no response. I tried Instagram messaging as well as facebook messaging. Finally gave up. Very disappointing customer service.

I thought this would be the place for me to go for service in my automatic watches, but I was wrong. They're incapable of returning messages so either they are uninterested or just don't care.
