This has been my pharmacy for 15 years and it was a good one up until about three years ago when it quickly became the worst pharmacy I have ever experienced. The staff is grossly incompetent. Ordering compression stockings is a nightmare from these clueless folks. I have had to wait several months for an order, they don't return calls, forget to return calls, and simply can't be bothered. I have found another pharmacy in Port Hope to meet my needs and I strongly advice anyone looking for a reliable and helpful pharmacy to steer clear of this one.

Ever since the new owners took over, and all the staff has changed, I have been truly dissatisfied. Longer wait times!
There is a women who answers the phone (who refuses to give her name) is so incredibly rude. Always sighing and sounds completely irritated to help the customer. When I asked if they don't call customers when their prescriptions are ready any more she said depends!
Will be speaking with a manager today and taking my business elsewhere today! Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

I called 101 when I was very sick with flu and needed my inhalers from my old pharmacy. Was thrilled they promised to take care of it for me. They NEVER even bothered to follow up with me. I was extremely ill for two weeks and when I called to find out what happened they said they didn’t have my prescription and they don’t keep track of who they call. So they don’t follow up. I never got my inhalers from them. The worst service. I could have died.

This pharmacy doesnt even deserve 1 star. They sold my 75 year old Mother an asthma chamber for $50. She said it was the wrong one and the employee said no that it was the right one. My Mother said ok I will take it home to see if it is right and if not I will bring it back. Nothing said by the employee. When I went with her to return it they said they could not take it back once it leaves the store even though she didnt use it. They basically cheated my Mother out of $50 Whatever you do dont buy here or it could cost you.

Absolutely ridiculous! I purchased 2 tubes of topical pain reliever and one tube did not have a seal on it, which I thought was a bit odd. So when I went to squeeze the second one thinking it wasn’t sealed at the spout either, the seal at the top literally split open and the gel sprayed everywhere and stained my top and I lost a quarter of the tube. What a hassle and when I finally found the time to go back to the store and expected to get a straight exchange, I was told that since it was technically my fault, they’d need to have a manager weigh in on it! However, there was no manager available at all and that I’d have to wait yet another day and be further inconvenienced or buy another tube! I expected a better level of customer service from this pharmacy.

I and my family have been going to this Pharmacy for 13+ years now. The staff are all great. From Owner's James and Susie to Pharmacists LuLu, Lori, Tammy, Rebecca, Counter staff and Bill who delivers always with a smile are Amazing They are not the cheapest with dispensing fees but offer additional services which make this worthwhile. I recommend and trust them with all my family's Pharmacy health care.

I ALWAYS recommend this pharmacy.the best, most helpful people in any pharmacy I've ever been too. My husband came out of the store the other day and said "we need to write a review". I agree, great job Pharmacy 101!

Pharmacy 101 is amazing. Unlike the likes of Walmart or Shoppers, as my husband was picking out a cane at 43yrs old, one of the great people that work there noticed how he was walking and suggested a walker, he declined. He is 43yrs old and wasn't about to entertain the idea of a walker! However, in picking a cane out, she taught him how to use it. In his injury, he assumed you use the cane on the same side that’s hurting, she explained that you use it on the opposite side. He thought she was wrong, but in using a cane in the initial accident and using that cane incorrectly and not working, her showing him how to use it properly worked! He's been in less pain all day, and is amazed they take the time to help someone for a $25 purchase, I as well. Thank you so much, he's so grateful.
