Sign and website say it's a walk in but when you walk in they tell you it's not a walk in clinic

Dr. Walajahi is incredible. I was given a couple of
opinions from different health care professionals, however I wasn't able to make a decision, so a friend suggested I speak to Dr. Walajahi to get some clarity, and I got it. Bonus, she also spoke with such compassion which helps ease the mind when you're trying to decode confusion and physical pain. The way she explained everything was so detailed, I was impressed with just how knowledgeable she is. 10/10 recommendation for Dr. Walajahi Thank you!

Really bad service, their phones are always on automated answering machine and no response to answering machines messages. I don't know how to take an appointment as it's been a month I am trying to get one.

The medical centre does not appear to be in business now. I arrived for a scheduled appointment at 10: 00 yesterday. The lights were off and no staff were in the medical centre. The pharmacy staff didn't know where they were but had expected them. I've not been able to reach anyone by phone today and the doctor I had an appointment with no longer has voice mail. The phone message said they were serving other patients, but actually there wasn't anyone there at all. If any of the medical centre staff see this, it wouldn't hurt to be in touch with your scheduled patients. Thanks.

No longer offers walk-in but still says walk in on the website. When asked the staff just shrugs. I like that “who cares none of my business” kind of attitude.

Richmond Hill Location - Every time I call the clinic it goes to the answering machine. I got fed up and decided to call the clinic while inside to see what happens. I noticed that the phone didn't ring and the receptionist was sitting right there on her computer. When I asked if the phone is working, she turned up the volume on the phone and said it is and the volume was down. So basically, they have their phone volumes low and don't pick up. Extremely hard when you need to get in contact with the clinic. Not sure about the other doctors, but this is for Dr. Thadani's front desk line. Hopefully they wont be turning their phone volumes off. Really bad service.

This is a terrible medical centre that I do not recommend anybody going to. The staff and employees are all extremely unprofessional and disregard your health, safety, and most importantly your mental health. The worst part is the management who dismiss you as a whole. Please stay away from this place and hope whoever reads this finds it helpful. Good-luck to this terrible business.

I came to this clinic as walk in, staff are so helpful and helped me right away.
Dr. Aneesh helped me with my issue. He is very attentive, caring and put as much time as possible to find out about the issue.
I am so happy to finally find a doctor who listens and cares.

PLEASE DO NOT DO ANY TRAVEL COVID TESTING HERE:

I booked a travel Covid test weeks in advance as the price was only $90. Then on the day of I call them andthen suddenly they tell me that they don't have any tests.

This was the day before Christmas and I had to do the test somewhere else for $300 per person.

These guys are incredibly irresponsible and ended up costing me hundreds of dollars more and I could have potentially missed my flight.

Please be cautious and just pay more to do it somewhere more credible than Pharmalinx.

Honestly they’re so friendly and helpful and when my
Benefits changed they always always work with me on the price owed that insurance doesn’t cover! And I love that they’re independently owned and you get the customer service and personal care above and beyond the franchise places. Definitely recommended going here! Plus the walk in is always available and pharmacy gets your prescription like right away!

Very rude receptionist. I came in to ask about the walk in clinic hours. She told me to check the sign outside. When I went to check, the hours were not posted so I went back in. I stood waiting for a few minutes and they didn't even acknowledge me so I asked if I should wait or not because I didn't know when the walk in hours were. She rudely replied that she didn't know either so I left. It was much better when it was Haayan Medical Clinic.

Walk in is ridiculous! Came in with my dad who had a stomach flu to get a letter to cancel his flight and Dr said only his family Dr can do it, I said his Dr is on vacation but she refused and said NO walk in will do it! We waited for over an hour for nothing, then went to the next walk in clinic and got Everything we needed! Wasted our time! Unprofessional lazy lady!

It is new. Still smells like fresh paint. The staff is friendly. No long wait to see doctor. The pharmacy conveniently situated right there.

Exceptional Service, Friendly Staff and Convenient location. I have visited the Clinic and Pharmacy numerous times and have never been disappointed. Pus prescriptions gets delivered at my place within 12 hours or less from the time requested. Congratulations Pharmalinx for delivering an "A" service and all the best

When I had called the pharmacy for an emergency they had accommodated me by adding me to the doctor's wait list as well. They are definitely my go to pharmacy and clinic now.

Been here many times. The staff are amazing. Doctors are great. Pharmacy on site makes it very convenient. Pharmacy prices are amazing, cheapest in town for sure.

The lady that makes combination for medications (Shah), she is very unprofessional, rude and has no customer service. It's been 2 month I had to deal with her everytime I need refile I have to argue and beg her to give me my medications within 2-3 days. She bas no respect at all for people and how urgent they might need their medications. The front desk staff not friendly at all. So far I had a good experience with the manager but not with staff.

The front desk staff was friendly, but it felt like the doctor pushed you in and out in a huge rush without taking the proper time with you. I was also extremely frustrated because I received a bill in the mail for a lab test they submitted for me, and never gave me the results. Yet, I still had to pay for it.

Modern and clean. No wait time. Nice and caring staff. And they can do your bloodwork at the clinic, just after your appointment. It saves so much time!

I have walked in, into this WALK IN clinic yesterday with major headache, i could not talk even since i felt like vomiting due to severe headache, upon my walking in the secretary said they might not accept me since their WALK IN DRS are not there, the other 2 DR there, did not accept me and they said they are busy with their own patients, this is a WALK IN Centre <! I needed a DR and there was NO ONE NO ONE waiting there, DRS were not with other patients! I was about to cry from the pain and i found thi act very unhuman, not passion, NO caring, No human being! My words can not describe my pain and howmuch I needed a Dr and i could not drive anymore becoz of the pain, I am so sorry that these kind of behaviour is happening here in this country! So sorry for a DR who doesnt accept a parient in pain, if i was in the street a stranger would give me more comfort than this clinic, why the name is WALK IN clinic if there is no DR there,? DRs who refuses to see me were Esmat Siwani and manazir walajahi, I hope u get the same treat i got yesterday at 12.10 pm!

They changed the new management and the receptionist is extremely rude. She hang up on me when I call because she does not want to answer my questions and do not want to help

Doctors are good, but walk-in wait times are INSANE here. I've now been waiting for 2.5 hours and am STILL waiting. Definitely wont be coming back for a walk-in, EVER again.

This location is a bit slow considering that they don't have many people. Secretary acts like she is doing you a favor.
