Pharmasave Grantham Pharmacy

Duncan, the Pharmacist, and Staff, are VERY thorough explaining the medications to patients. I used to go to Shoppers before moving to St. Catharines and find Pharmasave to be a much better alternative. Thank You to all the Staff. Customer for life.

The young Caucasian guy working at the pharmacy is very rude. I guess he couldn’t be bothered answering my question, and so he slammed my medication down and walked away. I called to him for acknowledgment but nothing but I was just ignored. I won’t be filling my prescriptions there anymore!

Awesome store! Fast service and great customer service! Totally impressed! I moved recently to St. Catharines and i went to couple local Pharmacies and to my surprise it’s absolutely organized everything in order.
I was assisted by Cristina who was super helpful and knew exactly what i was asking for! Great team! I will be getting all prescriptions from there!
by the way, LOU (hopefully i wrote his name correct) is awesome as well! Always greats me with joy and smiles! Great place!

They are just fantastic. I can't even explain how much they help. They call for my meds and ensure they are ready well in advance. Which after shoppers, says a lot.

Receptionist was rude. Not very understanding of the situation that was in hand with my mother. Very unprofessional. Atleast we have a good dr.

I believe her name was Amy. She does not have respect towards people. She speak so rude to the guy up front as if she's the boss. Way so bossy to be in the pharmacy. They made a mistake on my meds and she was blaming everyone but herself. Avoid her, the rest of the team are great

I've been using the walk-in clinic at PharmaSave for years now as my family doctor is located there. I have never waited longer than 15 minutes to get in to see him even when he is the walk-in clinic doctor. As for PharmaSave itself, I spoke with 'Duncan', a pharmacist there, about switching from Shoppers Drug Mart, who were intermittently charging me a fee for my prescriptions. Duncan explained to me that under my benefits plan coverage I was covered 100% for all generic drugs and it was up to the pharmacy to charge a fee if a brand name was prescribed by the doctor. He took the time to look up the prescriptions I was taking and informed me that all of them had a generic substitute and I wouldn't be charged any extra fees at PharmaSave. If Shoppers had taken the time to explain this to me I would still be with them. Thanks Duncan!

Great service! The staff is friendly and quick and Asad is always helpful. Will continue coming back here!

Way overpriced. More interested in their own convenience rather than that of the customer. Very demanding. They charge $9.95 fee even to low income patrons, which makes the medications too expensive. (I have never ever been charged a fee at any other pharmacy). Stood there for 12 minutes (I timed it) and still nobody acknowledged me. Pharmacist lady knew I was there and she deliberately avoided eye contact with me. (she looked so unnatural in her movements. It was ridiculous. Do not us this pharmacy

The staff there are very easy going. EVERYTHING is by the book. If u have been getting the same prescription for years and you didn't get the repeat in time, too bad, they won't cover you. ALSO. STOP CHARGING THE BUCK OR TWO FOR THE MEDICATION!
