Amazing pharmacy with very knowledgeable staffs. They are quick and efficient, unlike my local shoppers that I have to wait forever to get the prescription, they were busy and work so quick to get the job done!

It is always an absolute pleasure to go in to this pharmacy as the staff is awesome and the selection is perfect. Will absolutely answer any questions that you have and they Put customer service at the top of their list.

I've never used this pharmacy myself personally but had to make some arrangements on behalf of my grandfather when he was diagnosed with Covid. Todd was absolutely amazing and went above and beyond for my grandfather to ensure he got the meds he needed. Can't speak highly enough of the amazing service!

I took the COVID-19 vaccination from this pharmacy. The staff was nice and everything was done quickly. They have great service. I highly recommend this place.

Based on my personal experience, I was happy doing my two dose vaccine at Pharmasave NeighborhoodPharmacy @ Richmond Hill. The receptionist is friendly, always smiling and welcoming. Todd, the pharmacist, is well knowledgeable and patient.

I got my 2nd vaccine dose here today and had an enjoyable experience. I only had to wait for ~5 minutes, with friendly staff creating a comforting environment. I would recommend this place to anyone.

A super nice lady named Anne was helping us and was very kind. The doctor was super nice, and our second dose vaccines were supper quick and it didn’t feel like anything. I really recommend this place.

Amazing experience! Doctor that administered our vaccine was super nice. He was able to take me and my husband in together right away. Super quick! He even let us keep the vial bottle as a souvenir. Lady at the front desk was super nice too! She wasn't able to find the vaccine sticker or possibly run out she said. But she went an extra mile and found some for us. Overall, a very pleasant experience =)

I went there to take a fist vaccine shot, and she noticed that I was scared and she even held my hands, she was such a mom! Thank u!

I went to this store to get my COVID-19 vaccination. They were offering Astrazeneca at the time. The pharmacist was very thorough explaining possible symptoms and side effects.
I was automatically booked for my second vaccination 16 weeks later. As the Canadian recommendations changed for accelerated second doses and switching to m-RNA vaccines, I got a notice that they would be rebooking my appointment earlier and giving m-RNA for the second dose.
Staff are very friendly. As I mentioned, the pharmacist, Todd, was very thorough in his explanations. At the same time, he was very friendly and helpful. The counter staff were great. Everybody made getting my second COVID-19 vaccination a fun time. Really! And they gave out stickers!

Came for my second vaccine and was in and out in no time with friendly staff and doctor. Clean, fast and comfortable atmosphere.

This Pharmacy the staff is very pleasant and Pharmacist and assistants are very helpful and will always take their time and make sure you understand the medication and side effects and how to take it. It is so much nicer then going into those bigger store where they don't even know your name or have any time to even say hello. Thank yo for a great store.

My go-to pharmacy! Amazing experience every time. Genuinely caring staff and a positive atmosphere. I had my second dose of Covid vaccine administered by Todd - didn’t feel it at all! Great job!
