Very friendly staff, clean and bright store with lots of fun inventory in addition to the basics

The pharmacy here is the best one I have ever experienced! The service is exceptional and the staff goes above and beyond to help their customers. Much appreciation for Bianca and all she has done for me. Staff is a reflection of how the pharmacy is managed so well done to everyone!

Decent selection, could be better with some of the shampoos and such. Security thought I was stealing when I clearly wasn’t and I had to empty my pockets for him while he kept on insisting I was stealing till he realised they were empty. Kinda weird experience. Store claims they don’t have security, doesn’t really matter what the people standing after the checkout are called, they perform the same role as security. To be fair this happened half a year ago so might be true.

This is my favourite pharmacy ever. It’s a gift shop, pharmacy, M&M, British store and Starbucks all in one. You can find the cutest/weirdest items there and none of it really makes sense but it doesn’t matter because somehow you need all of it. Best pharmacy in the area, 10/10

Update: Now into 8 months of service with this wonderful pharmacy. I reiterate how wonderful they are in every situation. Whether I need to speak to Catherine, the pharmacist or The wonderful delivery person Matthew I always receive the best of service. I feel confident that I am safe with their suggestions and care.

I just transferred to Pharmasave from Pharmacy 101 in Cobourg. Catherine and the other staff had made me feel so welcome and have done everything they can to make this transition as easy as possible. If you're thinking about switching pharmacy's you won't be disappointed.

I go there very often & spend lots of money, but, I've experienced racism more than once at that store & nothing has been done! I try to get a job there got completely cut out, the manager refuses to speak to me, even after emails, still won't get hired there! The staff are GREAT though they go out of there way to make your experience easy and fulfilling!

Very poor communication skills in the pharmacy department. Hopefully next time I deal with there team it will be much better

Best Pharmacy around for miles. Not your typical franchise pharmacy. I have never seen a pharmacist go out of his way to help people like he does. Very professional staff too Plus they have a great selection of everything

Pharmasave in Port Hope is by far the best pharmacy I know. Whatever you need, they got it. Free prescription delivery and don’t get me started with all the beautiful stuffs they have at the boutique. Their staffs are all so friendly. Bonus — they have Starbucks inside Highly recommended

I love the atmosphere of the pharmacy and the friendliness of all the employees. The pharmacist is very knowledgeable and professional, highly recommended.

This place is getting worse and worse. I went to pick up my prescription just to fund out it was in back order due to the past weather and no deliveries coming in. That is understandable. But you'd think they would at least call and let me know before I went out of way to pick them up. This isn't the first time it's happened.

For over the last 3 years Pharmasave has given excellent service and also advice to me. The staff are always friendly and courteous. Even at peak times they are available to answer questions about medications and treat all customers fairly. The store is very well laid out and always clean. Overall, a great business to support.
