Not happy with the service at all. Only the guy pharmacist is reliable. The associate name Shreya she always sounds entitled. Usually if I called and the guy pharmacist answered he made sure that the medicine is ready before end of the day.

I asked a relative to help me drop off a prescription. He was not fluent in English but my phone number was available at all times for the pharmacy to call me. The pharmacy manager failed to properly explain the high cost of the medication ($130), the expiry date (30 days for a 100 g bottle that nobody can finish in 30 days for a small area) and unwillingness to check if they can do direct billing to check if the cost could be claimed. Not once did they think to call me to verify the consent since my relative was NOT FLUENT in English but ONLY called me to pick up the medication. When I notified them that proper consent was not recieved from my relative, the manager at the time shifted the blame and did not admit their fault in obtaining proper consent, blamed me for asking my relative for help and rushed me to pay without a proper explanation. This was unacceptable as it was a ploy to get money. I can't imagine what other patients with a language barrier must deal with. Thankfully, the pharmacist at the time understood the problem and admitted where the mistake was and apologized for his behaviour.

It is important to note that I have read other reviews that speak of the same problem. It seems this pharmacy had no intention to improve their consent procedure or patient care. Would strongly not recommed anyone from visiting this pharmacy due to the lack of patient care from the manager, inability to properly obtain consent and inability to admit fault.
