I've been seeing Robert DiCenso for acupuncture treatment regularly these past few weeks. He has been great to work with, and is extremely knowledgeable at what he does. I have never experienced Traditional Chinese Acupuncture before and he made it an easy and comfortable experience, as trying something new can feel a bit daunting when you're not as familiar with the treatment or have knowledge in that area. Highly recommend!

Tonight was my 4th visit to Phases for acupuncture. Robert is absolutely fantastic; Every time I leave I feel a lot more mobile, sleep better, aches and pains are subsided. Robert also gives great optional advice on how to maintain a healthy lifestyle throughout his session, and is very vocal on his practice in terms of explaining points and movements he makes on my body with the needles and his hands. I would definitely recommend trying the service and would highly suggest you ask for Robert!

Cathy Nielsen is a body wizard and I highly recommend her to anyone looking for an Osteopath. The office, is brightly lit, clean, and friendly.

I had a great experience with with Clara, one of the Osteopath practitioners. She was very professional and quite effective at relieving my discomfort on my very first treatment. I’m looking forward to seeing her again. Highly recommend for those who’s haven’t tried an osteopathic treatment.

I highly recommend Clara Yan for Osteopath. She was informative and thorough during treatment. She is extremely passionate at what she does. I saw Clara twice for my hips and felt a lot better after. I would go back to her in a heart beat! Thanks Clara!

There is a great diverse team of health professionals who are talented and friendly. The reception/admin is also very welcoming and polite.

Very good experience. I have been to this place more than 3 times for seeing two different persons. They are very professional and they know what is best for you. They are patient and kind, give you the best suggestion that they can think of. Also they push me to do more exercise as I was told to, which makes them very responsible to their patients.

I love phases the most. I visit Cathy for osteopathy and Victoria for massage. Both of them are absolutely wonderful! I feel my best because of the two of them. They’re very knowledgeable and have flexible schedules.
