I came here because the implant I had in another state was shaking, but Dr. Seonghwan Cho was kind enough to explain things well and gave me a thorough treatment right on the spot. As expected, the skills of Korean dentists are the best in the world.

Rhiannen performed a teeth cleaning for me, and it was the best teeth cleaning experience I've ever had. Before starting the procedure, she took the time to discuss my concerns with me. Knowing that I had gum inflammation, she applied the numbing gel to my gums, making the entire process virtually painless. Rhiannen demonstrated exceptional skill throughout the cleaning, providing clear explanations of each step along the way. Additionally, she offered valuable advice on how to maintain gum health between cleanings. Rhiannen is not only highly skilled but also a friendly hygienist.

The environment is very clean and the reception is always polite. My son had his wisdom teeth removed. The dentist kindly explained what to do after tooth extraction. Easy to understand explanations about medications. I definitely recommend it here!

Dr Cho is a very nice dentist and I had great experience with his service. I have my last wisdom tooth pulled out by him last time and it took about 5 minutes for him to get the job done. I was still preparing myself in fear when he told me all done. What a skill! So glad that we have so good dentist in London!

A highly recommended dental clinic.
I called and made an appointment, despite not knowing it was their last day of work before New Year, they still invited me to come at 6.30pm. Upon reaching the venue, I was greeted by 2 lovely ladies.
In the oral room, Dr Cho gave a brief description of my dental condition and knew exactly what to do. Initially, it was meant to be a pure consultation, but due to the emergency situation I was in, Dr Cho decided to proceed with incision, etc. And yes, I was the last customer for year 2022.
It was a great experience with discounted price for the first time customer, I guess. I am planning to schedule my next appointment soon.

Amazing experience! One morning my tooth filing fell out suddenly and I had heard good things about Philbrook dental clinic, so I called the place to see if they could book me in. I wasn't expecting to be able to get an appointment right away since it's busy everywhere. However, they were able to pencil me in the right next day, which I was very appreciative of. Dr. Cho and all the staff were very professional and friendly. I usually get very uncomfortable when it comes to a dental treatment, however Dr. Cho made feel very easy during the treatment. Strongly recommend Philbrook dental clinic!

Dr. Cho is the best dentist. Reception is also nice and kind. It was the best dental clinic in London.

I called to get a doctor's opinion about my previous treatment, but the receptionist cuts me off without contacting the doctor. She wasn't professional and she didn't even understand my explanation. I don't understand why she takes the place of the doctor's answer. And I don't know how busy the doctor is that he doesn't even have time to answer.

Worst experience ever. The doctor left during the conversation. I even didn't know he finished the treatment. Even the assistant didn't know the situation until I aked. I had the last question about the treatment after I pay so I asked to the receptionist. She asked to the doctor and let me wait but he didn't show up so I asked the receptionist to give me a call because I can't wait long but I haven't heard anything for over 2 months.
I never forget the doctor told me "Why didn't you ask to your previous doctor? " when I asked about my treatment. I went to Phillbrook thinking I would change my dentist if Dr. Cho is better than my previous dentist but I was shocked about his rude attitude.
