Receptionist, pharmacists and doctor are all very helpful and friendly. Office is Kept clean. And was seen sooner then I was anticipating. Overall one of the best clinics I’ve been to in awhile.

I received excellent service from the front desk / doctors too.
Went for vaccination for my 4 th month old and everything was wonderful and smooth.

My wife recommended this walk in as we were driving by one day. She said they were great at a visit she had.

I just had to go in myself and I can concur. The reception staff were extremely pleasant and kind, the building is very clean and well organized, and they seemed efficient in getting me in and out.

Not sure what it would be like during an extremely busy time as I'm sure no walk in could promise speediness during busy times.

I was definitely impressed with my experience.

Went there Sept 14 2023. Unsure on negative comments. Visit was awesome.all were nice. Great place. Dr was understanding, inquisitive, and perceptive.all round a great experience.i will go back any time!

The receptionist on duty on Aug. 28 could use some customer service training - she has no eye contact nor effective communication skills. I was left standing by the counter without any acknowledgement. She responded abruptly after I had questioned when she is actually to serve me, her response was "when I am done working on what I am doing". Then I waited patiently for another 10 mins, still no acknowledgement.
She then proceeded to speak to another patient who came in later than me. I was in shock and again she responded abruptly that's how she works. After waiting over the counter for over 20 mins, she finally told me to take a seat rudely. Please try to put yourself in my shoes when one is unwell/sick. The physician is attentive and thorough. For this, I would like to only give 2 stars.

Unfortunately, I need to return today to pick up a req, on the contrary, the receptionist was smart, efficient and polite. Please screen who you hire to serve the sick.

My wife had come in 3 different times with our kids. Every time, they told her to come back another day, and there would be 2 or 3 hours left on the remaining time before close. She needed a prescription that would help for breastfeeding my three week old. What clinic turns women away regarding this matter? Your reputation plays with fire. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THE IGNORANCE from these so-called people who work at this clinic. An employee tells my wife, "You should wake up your children to come earlier. " Clearly, you do not have children. Let's tell a woman that, after having a C-Section. I just thought people should know that's what kind of people work here.

Despite reviews we decided to go to this clinic for our 4 months newborn for his vaccinations.
Receptionist were very professional, polite and quick. Excellent service by both the doctors, thank you for taking care of us.

This is the worst walk-in clinic I have ever seen. The receptionist is unacceptably rude, and it seems that regardless of what time you go in, they are done accepting new patients for the day. I would honestly rather this location close so that I don’t waste my time trying to come here. I suffer from severe anxiety disorder, and trying to get a refill of my medication is quite honestly the biggest source of anxiety that I suffer from to date. It’s all thanks to this waste of space they call a walk-in clinic. Save yourself the frustration, and go literally anywhere else. Cousin Vinny’s Pizzaria might actually have better medical service.

Ive been here twice amazing expierence with the doctor and receptionist, unfortunately Wendy the manager as she likes to yell across the clinic has terrible communication skills and only knows how to communicate by yelling including yelling at a 7 year old. Not only did she yell she decided to tell me how to parent and how she was a single mom of three and did it all on her own unaware why thats relevant other than to pump up her already inflated ego. I was beyond embarassed to be yelled at by an employee in a clinic full of printed signs talking about respect very unfortunate Wendy doesnt think she needs to give any respect. I myself stayed calm and apologized to her receptionist that she has to report to such a vile woman as her boss, probably yells at them too if shes comfortable yelling at children in public I can only imagine how she treats her employees All in all doctors are amazing Wendy the manager needs to learn better how to deal with her stresses and not yell at strangers and their kids. I think Wendy would benefit greatly with some sensitivity training and potiential anger management.

A very BUSY and very EFFICIENT clinic. I was treated by Dr. Cramer. She was very detailed oriented and had great “bedside”manner. (Not words used to describe doctors very often anymore.) I was looked after quickly
But without feeling rushed. Get there early Very busy place. Well done!

Excellent experience- In & Out in 20 minutes

I reached at 8.40 AM and they let us in at 8.50 AM- everyone from the reception staff member to the doctor was really professional and fast.

If you are a first time visitor, they make you fill in a sign up sheet and you are ready to see the doctor right after.

The in-house pharmacy accepts insurance and gets your medicine shortly- so its really an all-in-one setting that’s efficient. I was out the door by 9.20 AM but as I was leaving there were about 8-10 patients waiting, so I’d recommend you going early and giving yourself a bit of time if you are going during the day.

All staff are professional, knowledgeable, open to questions that are relevant to the reason you are there.

This clinic has really professional doctors here and this review has nothing to do with doctors! 5/5 stars for doctors.

Did a walk in and got here at 12PM. Was told First come first serve Waited over two hours and people that come after me gets to see the doctor first. The old lady receptionist (manager of the clinic) has terrible attitude towards clients over the counter and phone. Given the attitude of oh I have so many people coming in but I was here first? Isn’t this first come first serve? She said it like it’s my fault she messed up on the waiting list. Note: make sure you check your queue with with the receptionist so she don’t mess up! Don’t be fooled by her “first come first serve”

The physician on duty - Dr. Cramer, was superb.
She tested and investigated all symptoms and issues discussed.
Did extensive testing to diagnose the issue, and suggested and prescribed the proper treatment and prescriptions.
Having a nursing background myself, I can attest that she went above and beyond. I was quite impressed by her professionalism!

Avoid at all costs.
Took 4 hours to get me in no exaggeration.
Missed all my work.
All because there was no clear communication, even when asked for.
Awful.
Seriously just save yourself the stress and go somewhere else

I went to this clinic, and the receptionist was so rude to everyone. Rolling her eyes, making faces, very disrespectful. So when it was my turn she told me to go to my car and do a covid test, so I Do. I come back after the 15 minutes of waiting for a negative test, and she puts up the "no more patients today" sign and walks away.just didn't except me.
I was there, gave my information, did what she told me and then just was not accepted.
Completely disappointed. Not what sick people want to do deal with when trying to see a doctor.

Friend and I got to the clinic at 9: 10 receptionist (Wendy) was late so no one got checked in till 9: 40… don’t recommend this place. Once she came in she was very rude to everyone.

I called to see if they did TB tests and was told that they do, but to come in the next day as they had finished seeing patients for that day. Was first in line the next morning. Doctor was 20 minutes late and then told me they don't do TB tests. It sounds like it's up to the doctor to decide if they want to do them or not, so if you need a TB test done be sure to call and ask if the doctor on staff will do them.

Great staff, clean & organized office, super friendly doctor and no waiting time. Doctor do all required investigations.

The receptionist, Amanda, is very friendly and great with follow up calls. I have had time with doctors Nabeel, Dhaliwal and Cramer and all have been professional and friendly. My first experience was with Dr. Nabeel and I was very happy with how she treated me as a patient, very professional and also pleasant personality. Wait times aren't very long and there is a lot of parking.

From start to finish, they provided top notch service. The receptionist was friendly and helpful. I arrived just when they were closing for lunch. I was still able to fill out the form and was seen right away when I returned 30 minutes later. The doctor was professional and knowledgeable. I chose to get my prescription filled at the pharmacy that is attached to the clinic. From the time I arrived to the time I left with my prescription filled was under 45 minutes. I highly recommend this clinic and pharmacy.

The experience I had today with Dr. Eshak Tawfeek was very negative and bothersome. He was unprofessional and demonstrated zero interest in the issue at hand from the beginning (i.e. Facepalming when I'm explaining). When explaining the issue to him, Dr. Tawfeek persists to tell me to go to emergency in a harsh tone instead of analyzing what could be wrong. He also made rude comments such as "Are you a baby? " to his elders after forcefully pressing down my tongue with a tongue depressor/spatula so much that it hurt and triggered gagging reflexes. These sort of comments along with the negative attitude should never occur in a professional setting and someone, like Dr. Tawfeek, who is trained as a family physician should know better. Very disappointed by this experience and the disrespect. I hope this comment can help other people.

They lost track of biopsy sample. The receptionist and the doctor who works on Saturday are clueless and inconsiderate of people's time. I have completely lost my trust with this clinic. Their unprofessional behaviour was unacceptable and quite disturbing. My gf had a skin biopsy done here with Dr. Eshak Tawfeek due to a suspicious mole, but we did not receive any news of the results despite being told it would take around 2 weeks. My gf called every week, however, each time she was told to wait and that they would eventually contact her. One month had passed, and they did not contact us even once to inform us that there was an issue. Clearly there is no communication to patients or knowledge of where the samples go. We contacted both labs and were told that they did not receive my gf's sample, so we went into the clinic to see what had happened. The receptionist said that the sample was MISSING. The thing that really ticked me off was that there were no formal apologies given to us by the doctor or the receptionist for what had happened. They refused to take responsibility and made all kinds of excuses. We did eventually get a call yesterday saying that they had found a sample that was unlabelled at the clinic, but after a month it could easily be a false positive or false negative result. So, we went in today to get a referral letter for a second biopsy by a proper dermatologist. The doctor looked at the mole again and had the audacity to say that it seemed fine to him. Yet again, the doctor failed to apologize and questioned our decision of getting a referral letter and suggested getting it done at the clinic again. Dr. Tawfeek was very rude and would sometimes raise his voice at us. This is no way to treat your patients. This experience was so frustrating and has caused a lot of stress for us. Melanoma is a form of skin cancer that could become very serious if left untreated. DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC. I would never risk my health by the hands of these people, and neither should you.

I went here for my flu shot and it was quick and professional. The staff were friendly and the location was clean and new.

Dr. Eagan Tawfeek should be fired. My best friend went there after being told by the Emergency Department at LHSC to attend a walk-in clinic if her symptoms of a viral infection did not improve in a couple days. She was seen by Dr. Eshak Tawfeek and I have never heard of a more uncaring, rude, and unprofessional “Doctor”. He gave her mocking responses to her symptoms and feelings of discomfort. When asked to examine her throat and tonsils as they were causing her pain, he refused stating she was putting him at risk. He then broke confidentiality by opening the door which allowed other people accessing the clinic to see and hear what was going on. She continued to ask for help and instead, the “Doctor” was aggressively feeling her throat causing pain. “Doctor” Eshak Tawfeek then accused my friend of only being there for medication when she clearly explained she wanted a swab done to find out what was wrong with her throat and how to properly treat it as she has missed several days or work without any improvement in her symptoms. “Doctor” Eshak Tawfeek was completely inappropriate, unprofessional and ignorant throughout the entire meeting and despite prescribing an antibiotic for her, failed to mention it is not for viral throat infections instead assuming she needed STI antibiotics, which also caused horrible side effects. “Doctor” Eshak Tawfeek is an absolute disgrace to the medical profession and should not be seeing patients.

Worse receptionist ever! Has no manners. Interupted me midway when I asked nicely if I could book an appointment to say NO! I haven't even gone to this clinic before nor will I ever. Worse worse customer service.

I was so excited to get a clinic at the top of my street but very disappointed in my two visits trying to get a flu shot. I agree that the receptionist seems very uncaring and I felt I was bothering her. First visit I was told they were expecting some the next Tuesday. I explained that I have only one lung and therefore at higher risk should I get the flu. Asked if she could put one dose aside; she refused. Came back on the Tuesday at 3: 45 and she said I was too late. They were done for the day even though they don’t close till 4: 00 and giving a shot takes what, less than a minute. I always thought if you arrived at a business before closing you would still be looked after. I don’t see me going back, or recommending the clinic to others, which is unfortunate seeing as its just a block from my house.
So disappointed.

Great service and a great doctor. Last time I was in there, it was clean and they were very fast, did not have to wait long to see a doctor 15-20 Mintues at most.
