One of the best clinics I have been to. Dr. Shenouda is attentive and knowledgeable. I even take my little kids there now. The receptionist is very organized and answers her phones! All prescriptions and medical notes are done digitally so wait times are minimal. Reception and exam rooms are clean.

Dr. Shenouda is my family doctor for 8 years. She is very cooperative and nice. She always listen to her patients with great patience. Even during covid period she called me and discussed my family reports on phone.

Dr. Shenouda is not my family doctor but regardless of this I always prefer to go to her. She is very nice and always gives me and my family her full attention. She is always clear and doesn't get annoyed when I ask questions. She is a professional person and a competent doctor. Thank you Dr. Shenouda.

I've lived in Canada for many years and seen many doctors, but she has been the best in every way. She listens to me, explains her thinking and diagnoses, and refers me to excellent specialists when necessary. Shenouda is someone who genuinely cares and listens. We have been going to the clinic for 9 years now and had no issues, no wait time, all health matters promptly addressed, all tests needed done and advice given.dr. I stepped in as walk in patient for emergency status, foreign body in my right eye drove me crazy from severe pain and red eye, front desk lady was so fast to finish my needed paper work and in no time I saw the physician (Dr shenouda), she was very helpful and highly talented, in few seconds she removed the foreign body from my eye and made sure that I felt much better

Zero star. Dr. Shenoda is very rude, hostile, doesn't listen, makes you feel uncomfortable and it's like she doesn't want to treat you or do any help. She just want to finish the call as soon as possible. Went there three times and every time she tells me to go find a family doctor like she doesn't want you here! Just DO NOT GO TO PHILOMARK. Receptionist is nice but we are here for the doctor.

If you are looking for a doctor who will take their time on a diagnoses, this place is not it. The only dr on site (dr.shenouda) has never been patient in all my experiences at this clinic. Our answers are sometimes in these “highly professional” and skilled humans. Explaining issues always seemed to be refused by the dr or failing to try and understand.cutting me short. Unfortunate. This place is close to home with a great receptionist.

The best clinic in town, extremely knowledgeable doctor and nice walk-in facilities. You will never be disappointed, I promise.

This place was God send.

I was in a real fix. I needed a Doctor to do a physical for an operation that was scheduled for the next week.

My family Doctor was booked up and couldn't fit me in until six weeks later. That would be too late. Fortunately, I stumbled into the Philomark Medical Center and met "Doc Nash".

Dr. Nashwa Shenouda is by far the best family doctor I have ever met. She listens, and hears what you are saying, and because she is so knowledgeable, she is able to turn things around and get you back on your feet in no time.

I was so impressed, I fired my Family Doctor of 20 years, and moved my file to Her office.

That was five years ago, and I never looked back. I actually look forward to going for my regular check ups.

If you are looking for an amazing Doctor that you can go to for a visit when you are having concerns, or just want to get a check up to make sure you're staying on track, you can't do any better.

Remember, you don't need to make an appointment, and don't forget your health card.

Doctor is very rude. Didn’t feel comfortable telling her my problem.she didn’t even make any eye contact with me

I prefer going to this location because its closest to the house. However, this clinic has had some issues lately. Today they are almost an hour late opening. Last visit the doctor was arguing with someone in another room, before bring her negativity into the room I was in.

While waiting outfront for the clinic to open, a stranger walked by and warned us to stop going to this clinic.

Update: She brought this review up in the middle of an appointment and had hurt feelings clearly. She refused to talk about it and changed the subject back to the appointment. This is the second time shes brought her feelings into her business.
